Unfortunately, the service that we had here was not up to par. I had questions about the menu, and I seemed like I was inconveniencing them, and annoying them. The amount of money that I spent here, I should've had two incredibly overflowing classic lobster rolls. I did not have that. I guess I'm spoiled with the lobster rolls in the northern part of the region that these little, small things with more bread than lobster was disappointing. Even though I live and work here in the area, I will definitely not be returning.

What a great little spot this is. Stopped in by chance, so happy we did. Had the pleasure of meeting Brittany, Jewel and Ania. They gave customer service a new meaning. We will definitely be regular customers, not just for the great food, but mainly those young ladies made our day. Thank you so

They are always short staffed in here and the staff does a great job despite that. They need and deserve a raise.

For the price these should be better. Lobster was fairly good, bread didn't have the buttery flavor you want in a lobster roll. Nothing much to this place.

I'm big fan of lobster rolls! But as we all know they can be pretty pricy so you want to make sure to get your $$ worth. Well I stopped by at Mason's Famous Lobster Rolls while on my visit to Dewey Beach. I went in on a Tuesday November morning. I want to say I was the first customer. The girl on the counter was by herself and she takes the orders and prepared it as well. I ordered a Bar Harbor Main Combo which includes a drink and a side(fries) and a Connecticut roll. The rolls were delicious and in my opinion affordable. The fries were ok, they were hot and crunchy but didn't bland. The Sid elf fries is large enough to share. If I'm ever in town again, I will definitely come back. By the way the place looked clean and spacious or at least it looked that way since I was the only customer in at 11am

Although pricey, this lobster tail was unreal. I actually had to spin back for a second. Go here. Eat well. Leave happy

Lobster was overcooked, but still a fun, well priced place for shore food. Spring for the bar harbor. It's a great deal.

I realize that Mason's has really strong reviews. However, I was curious if those reviewers have reviewed the food masons versus the lobster rolls you get a Cape Cod there's no comparison I feel that I was way overcharged for the quality of and the amount of the meat and the quality of the sandwich that we got. Sadly, I paid extra for the added tell me and it was scrawny, and it was tough. I look at the sandwich pictures on the wall in the restaurant what they serve is nothing like what's in the pictures . Yes, it's all lobster meat. I will not argue that and yes the average person this is a nice treat but it is an expensive treat and at the price point I'm not a happy camper so I will not be back. My recommendation simply is find another place in a go enjoy a lobster meal

I traveled to Dewey Beach for the weekend with my husband and on the way I got a craving for a chowder. I looked around and found Mason's. I highly, highly recommend the lobster bisque (absolutely delicious) and very affordable. We also had the lobster mac & cheese, and we couldn't believe the chunks of lobster in there. Highly recommend!!
