Yo let me tell you what!! Hands down the best mom and pop shop in Delaware that I know of? The cheesesteak I had yesterday was better than Philly, by far!! I know my food and this place right here is it!! It’s down by the beach and this is my second time here!! I’ll be coming back for sure!!

Ordered an XL pizza with extra cheese. Pizza tasted great. I just wish the restaurant wasn't cash only. Other than that, it was a good experience. If you're looking for great pizza, give this place a try.

We stopped here for a quick bite after a long day. We considered the food “just ok” - an older woman took half of our order at the counter and was annoyed when I requested a meatless hoagie. Taking our leftovers home, we were told they “usually charge for to go containers”. I’d suggest finding another place on the fly.

My wife and I were really craving some crispy wings, so we searched around the area to satisfy our appetite. Unfortunately, our quest led us to Pizza Villa for their wing zings, which turned out to be quite a disappointment. The wings were overly salty, leaving us unable to even finish them. Regrettably, we had to toss them in the trash, making it a waste of money.Adding to the frustration, Pizza Villa only accepts cash, and to make matters worse, the ATM inside charged a hefty $3 fee. It felt like a total rip-off, especially in this day and age where most businesses accept cards. It's frustrating to encounter establishments that seem to avoid card payments to save on processing fees.In hindsight, trying to get wings from a pizza place might not have been the best decision. The experience at Pizza Villa left us unsatisfied and disappointed, both in terms of the taste and the payment options.
The pizzas here were fantastic! I highly recommend! Only downside was that they are CASH ONLY. I would definitely go back!

I just needed something quick and easy to take home for me and the kids after a long day at work. We got a cheese pizza, a pepperoni and mushroom pizza, and a large cheeseburger sub. Everything tasted amazing. The cheeseburger sub was perfect; I get lettuce, tomato and mayo. The meat to bread ratio was on point and the vegetables were fresh and crisp. I was sad when it was all gone. The pizza was thin and crispy with just the right amount of chew to it, and I was amazed at the amount of mushrooms the pizza had on it. Most places skimp on those, not Pizza Villa. Great job everyone. We will see you again soon.
