Arrived on Saturday night to find out that three different menu items were sold out. Menu is not as enjoyable as it use to be as it appears the restaurant is trying all sorts of new items and not really sticking to their best dishes which used to be the halibut, steak frites, spaghetti casio et pepe, etc. Waited almost 25 minutes for cocktails. The server was great but she could not resolve the flow of cocktails and menu issues. Sweet potato chips were not crisp or crunchy but chewy. Deviled eggs were watery as if they had been sitting around. We have had better meals at Fork & Flask. It is sad to see that a good mainstay has gone downhill as this use to be one of our favorites.

We have always loved Fork & Flask. It has always been a very favorite at Rehoboth Beach. We are heartbroken that they will be closing their doors very soon. Everyone who works there is very special. Of course the chef is because the food is incredible. But from the moment you walk in the door you feel so welcome, loved and cared for in a very special way. We will always miss you, all,of you.

We were so sad to hear this wonderful restaurant is closing. We've eaten here a number of times and it is consistently delicious, with excellent service. This visit was with my sister. We loved everything we ordered, the service was excellent, and we were pleased with the entire experience. I loved the Mediterranean Mezze Plate, it had house-made mustard and pumpkin hummus, and an amazing roasted Delicata squash. The pita triangles had been flash-fried and were highly addictive. We will miss this restaurant, and thank you to the staff who provided us with such wonderful experiences over the years.

Our server, Mara, was full of personality and enthusiasm. The bartender came over to the table to explain and discuss one of the drinks. We had mixed reviews on the food but overall good. We look forward to returning and to bringing more friends along.

Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable, the cocktails she suggested were excellent. The onion soup was outstanding as was the sticky ribs and broken rice grits. My wife had an excellent beef tenderloin with green pepper butter, and our daughter had short rib cigars and crispy cauliflower, which was also very good. The room is casually elegant. Not noisy at all. We highly recommend this place.

Not sure how to summarize all that went into this rating - suffice it to say this was the last visit to Fork & Flask for the six of us who dined last evening. On the positive side, the Nage Burger and Truffle Fries are top notch, and they make excellent craft cocktails. BUT - the service is so slow and uneven. This meal took 3 hours end to end. We ordered no Apps and we ordered entrees straight away. The last 30minutes of the evening was spent trying to get our bill closed as we had 3 servers/managers trying to apply 3 gift cards toward our bill, using some kind of math/logic I have never encountered in life before.
