Disappointing experience ordering in person. Although I think it is commendable to have family members working at their restaurant, the young girl taking my orders came across as rude. She never said hello or thank you but rather in a very automated way asked in a loud voice if I was ready to order when I had just walked in and picked up the menu. After I placed my order she walked way never mentioning how long it was going to take for my order to be ready. I observed other customers being treated the same way. I realized that this in not a 5-stars restaurant but don't plan to go back no matter how good is the food.

Good value, nice people, only thing was they didn’t give us one thing we ordered - we only found out when we’re home & the kung pao chicken wasn’t spicy at all. Slightly disappointed. But egg roll was really good!

Randomly chose this restaurant based on reviews. So glad we did!The portions were huge and the food tasted great! We ordered ahead and our order was ready even though it was very busy.If you are in the mood for some good chicken lo mein or chicken shrimp teriyaki, Do it. This place is great!

Never again. I haven't actually eaten here. I am writing to say that because they use Door Dash I will never patronize them. I ordered $35 worth of food from them and Door Dash left it at a fire exit in the back of a bar. Door Dash would not correct their mistake with a refund or re-delivery. I'm sure Wu's is fine but if they have no problem profiting from these kinds of practices I will spend at any of the other excellent Chinese restaurants nearby.

Called in take out order through Uber, and there "card was declined"?!?! Anyway, went in to pick up and they where going crazy trying to keep up with take out orders! People waiting and coming in...they had some names and not others. They told us 30 minutes , but it was more like 45. Be prepared if you order to wait and remember to give a name!!!

So food is ok - hot & sour soup better than Hunan - but.... When I gave the child at the pick up my credit card she asked twice if I had cash - really?? If I wanted to pay cash rather than credit, wouldn't I have paid with cash? Get an adult on the front!!

Called in order, arrived on time to pick up to find ppl ahead of me had been waiting an hour for their food that they called in. Was told this is a common occurrence. 9ne customer believes they dont start your order until you arrive & pay. If so they need to let you know. Ive been waiting 30 minutes in store for my order.

The food is always so good and just hits the spot!! Very nice staff always friendly and very helpful!! Very affordable and they have so many options!! I would definitely recommend this Chinese restaurant to everyone it's the best so far that I have had!!

Sweet and sour chicken is done in a batter (more flour than chicken). This meal was returned to the people in the store, and they didn't want to take it but we seriously had to insist for the return of that meal and took something else

The food here is reliably good, just kind of annoying that takeout orders often take much longer than communicated.

The food is way too salty, the salt they mixed in were not even mixed well, for the price of the food! It is not worth it, wasted money!! I totally do not recommend!

First time buying from Wu's Kitchen. My order was ready when I arrived to pick it up. This was one of the best sweet & sour chicken with white rice dinners that I've had in a long, long time. Fresh, hot and delicious.
