They forgot stuff,and didn't put what I asked for my burgers, I asked if they could put some on since I paid for it and they said I'm sorry that's just how it comes on your burgers, No one else was there but me??! I said Its fine I'm not going back around forget it let me just get my money back for it then please. sorry we can't do that ..then fine here take it all back I want a full refund . The staff was polite and patient, especially with my family of 5 changing their minds every 5 seconds. The establishment was clean, much cleaner than other rival 'fast food chains'. My picky eaters who have not dined here were pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the chicken nuggets and flame broiled burgers. My wife is extra happy that we were able to convert our kids over to BK. Lastly, a family of 5 ordering full meals was surprisingly cheaper than other places. We will be back soon. This location is a hit or miss when it comes to the food. Sometimes food comes out fresh and hot, and other times not so great! Customer service lacks very much, at this location, I always feel rushed when ordering and I always know what I want before placing my order, staff are not so pleasant and welcoming, and the manager Kim is just down right rude. On Jan 14th at 2pm I went to Burger King in Smyrna delaware. The manager at the drive through was very unfriendly, rude and was rushing me to get my order. I told her over the intercom that she was rushing me and asked her to stop being unfriendly. She told me she didn't have to take my order if I wasn't happy. I told her I needed her name and at that point she declined my order. It got me very upset so I went inside to tell her how I felt about her customer service and her unprofessional attitude. I don't understand why a manager feels like she has the right to be so unfriendly and welcomes conflict with her and her customer rather than deescalating the situation. I thought maybe it was me but then I went online to check reviews on Google and Facebook about this place and it seems this place has really bad customer service, the reviews are bad and it reflects on how I was treated tofay. I am really reconsidering ever ordering food from there again like many who already decided to stop going there. It's a new burgerking here in smyrna and the people in this town did not expect this type of treatment. That manager should get fired. I'm expecting an apology from her and maybe I'll apologize too about my choice of words. I am expecting to hear back from someone about this.

I ordered a plain cheeseburger for my son. When we parked, the cheeseburger was not plain, and the fries were only warm. I went in and nicely informed them that the sandwich was incorrect. The manager was cold and seemed offended but made a new sandwich. The worker from drive thru was talking about me under her breath. Thus was the 1st time I had ever gone there and will certainly be my last. They offer nothing special to put up with immature behavior!

Been coming here more and more, burgers can be a little sloppy sometimes but other than that the food is good and service is good.Only bad thing is whoever designed the parking lot so that drive thru customers have to go around the building twice basically is a bit ridiculous. But that's not on burger king at all I understand!Whoever started the trend that fast food places only have one exit needs to be burned at the stake like the sadist they are. I mean do the fire Marshalls really approve that? One exit? Okay anyway, ? burgers n fries were great! Keep it up gang!

First off they were slow not a person in the restaurant and took forever to take our order then they give a half of box of COLD FRYS AND ONION RINGS AND THE MANAGER was very rude to a couple that came in after me when the employee made the mistake no appolgy to them and the kid that gave me my tea put the straw in my cup and pulled the paper off it what the hell kind of stuff is that they need to do way better and your floors are so greasy law suit waiting to happen change your mop bucket water horrible experience
