The meal that I had from China Star recently was by far the worst Chinese food I've ever had since living out here. I could not believe how bland it was. I will not be back, and they also didn't put the sauce I asked for. Never again.

My wife and I are food industry professionals, and I value open communication when dealing with issues. Unfortunately, this restaurant didn't meet expectations so I called to handle it quietly between them and I. I wasn’t even looking for money back; just merely to say never serve that again. The fried rice was overcooked beyond consumption and unappetizing. When I tried to address the problem, their response was nasty and very unprofessional – they hung up on me several times and I wasn’t even upset about the matter I was just telling them what I received. I literally wouldn’t have fed that to a dog. I'm relieved I didn't eat there and have no plans to even return. In the interest of upholding integrity, I'll be reporting this incident, and with my wife being a Serve Safe instructor let’s just say they were nasty to the wrong ones. One shouldn't compromise people's money or stomachs.

Food was GOOD .. First, take out place where the people actually interacted beyond the normal conversation and interactions. Especially with my children.. I ordered PORK fried rice and crab rangoon and some chicken lo mein. Everything was good and right on point.Vegetarian options: They have meatless options. Rice and vegetablesKid-friendliness: They were very kind and responsive to my 4 year oldParking: Parking can be a pain in the butt sometimes . You can park on the side.of.the building

I purchased food for my family and the first thing we discovered was the order was incorrect. They served my family PORK and we do not eat PORK! The chicken wings taste old, the orange chicken was very dry and tasted old as well. I asked for extra sauce for the shrimp and broccoli and I did not receive it. I will never eat or recommend CHINA STAR to my friends and family. BEWARE!!!!

I called in my order and per usual the lady said "10 minute". I got there about 20-30 minutes later. I went in and told her what I ordered, and she turned and started yelling at her employees (not viciously) && proceeds to run to the back door (that leads you to the dumpster behind the restaurant. She goes out and comes back in with what is clearly my food I ordered. I politely ask her, is that my food?? && She said yes, I said you just went and got my food out the dumpster?!?! && She politely said yes. So the moral of the story is she tried feeding me dumpster Chinese food. Eww! No thank you!!

Earlier had a good experience with, but yesterday Dec 9th 2022 bought few items of chicken, found out that not fully cooked. They were very busy but that does not mean you deliver something incomplete. Never again…
