There was no formal introduction, drive through employee was not friendly and answered with a yup, or huh! Starred at me when I asked for a mayonnaise for a chicken sandwich that was dry and overcooked! Do better!!!

McDonald's should just shut down and close. There is no service in existence anymore. The use of electronic kiosks is a joke. Based on my last experience I will never go to another McDonald's. I went here 3/2024, the electronic kiosk intermittently took orders, no kiosk would provide receipts. So, you did not know your order number, or if your order was actually sent to the kitchen in the rear or not. There was no one on the counter to help, and when someone finally did come out, they were not customer oriented. After placing your order at the electronic kiosk, you now had to repeat it to a human being so they could go check whether the order was actually placed. Some people paid at the kiosk, however the customer unfriendly human told them the money was not billed, so they had to pay again. The employee assured the customer that they would not be double billed, but if they were, they could just come back in and the manager would take care of it. What a joke, just don't waste your time, go to Wayback Burger, Five Guys, or Shake Shack.

Paid for extra Canadian bacon and waited at window. Press for time to go to work and once I got to work no extra anything. Yes they said I could come back but I went thru the drive thru for quick service not to go back. Orange juice tasted like water. This place sucks and if you have a choice go somewhere else. It's the customers that keep these places functional which the people that work there seem to forget!

Terrible service. I waited over 45 minutes for my food in the driveway. They told me to go to the number 2 window, and then the lady try to argue with me, saying we told you to go to. The next window. Even though I was already in the line a good 35 minutes waiting to pick up my order to the driver
