Shrimp Alfredo sauce smell funky..smells like expired heavy cream. I didn't eat it. I just ate the rest of my food which are ok. My family and I spent $ 220 for 3 people. ?

Food was very good. However, we had to wait for the waiter to grab our check. We gave our card to the person in charge however She disappeared too, but outside of that I still would go there again.

There were several ants ? at our booth crawling out the silverware and napkins. We told our server she was very understanding and professional. She said she would get someone to clean it. I wanted to leave but others who I was with wanted to stay. Although the server was professional our meal should have been free. The manager should have come out to apologize. It’s disgusting to have insects crawling in silverware and napkins you wipe your mouth with. I lost my appetite and had a nasty taste in my mouth. The Red Lobster brand has really went down overall. I have noticed this for quite some years now. The quality is trash. All of them need updating and renovation. I hate it here and only came here because my daughter begged me. I haven’t been here and years and now won’t ever.

I/We had the greatest pleasure in having Maria as our server and when you want to talk about great service with a smile and personal. She was such a blessing to have serve us and made sure to check on us during our meal as well as giving great updates on when our food would be coming. Thank you Red Lobster for hiring her.Parking: The parking lot is open and easy to find spots
1) we were placed 3 feet away from a large, loud group celebrating a birthday. It was almost 9 p.m. We wanted a quiet family meal, & there was plenty of room to seat us in a quieter location that would still be convenient for our server. 2) The food was terrible. The only things edible were the mozzarella sticks and biscuits. I suspect their seafood quality has plummeted over the years (saving money? Lower availability? Idk.) Worst was the burger that my sea creature loving son ordered. Burgers should not be cooked on the same surface as fish. I can't say for sure this happened, but beef isn't supposed to taste like fish. We won't be back.

If the lot is full, most of the restaurants are probably full as well.Wheelchair accessibility: Before we got to the front door, there was a ramp from the sidewalk at the parking level. Most areas inside included spacious ramps to different levels.
