Lady that seat us was awesome. The waiter forgot things that I ordered and was hesitant to do the “level up birthday” experience. He made the surprise obvious because if that. Other than that this place is well kept and fun!

We went to sugar factory for Valentine's Day. We got there around 6:30 and ordered two milkshakes. That was all we ordered. We got one of the milkshakes about 45 minutes later and the second one over an hour later. Small kids can't sit for that long. I asked to speak to the manager who took $10 off our bill but added $8 in tip. We couldn't put our own tip, it was already added to the bill. So we got two milkshakes and spent almost 2 hours there for $38. Not fun, not worth it, won't be back.

Went for my daughter's sweet 16. First time there, food was okay. Nothing to rave over. The sampler was just mid. The wings and Mac and cheese pops were good. The onion rings were just regular frozen onion rings and the chicken tenders were bland. Definitely not worth the money. Glad we got that out of our system and most likely won't return.

We drove an hour and a half for our daughter's birthday for the Sugar Factory experience. Everything we wanted they didn't have, the fun exciting experience was non existent.

We knew we wanted dessert, and we didn't want to overeat and not have room. The server was open and let us split a meal, which made the experience that much better. The only recommendation I have is the table needed a better cleaning before we sat down.

I was expecting more based on the pics online. I was disappointed by the limited menu for brunch. The burger was good as was the mikshake but not amazing . They were not anything I couldn't get somewhere else , probably cheaper.

Worst service ever! Waitress came rather fast but we sat at the table for 35 minutes and all we received was water. We eventually had to excuse ourselves and go to the bar. The manager had no problem with us leaving and didn't try to figure out what the problem was. Once we did get our food from the bar it was good. The drinks were extremely weak for the price. I feel like I drank way more than I typically do on special occasions and it just made me very full. I would buy beer only from the place and make arrangements to eat elsewhere. Also, no Tobasco?!?!

Every time we've been in there, service has been very slow regardless of the number of patrons. I was out of my drink and my water, staff never came back and asked if I wanted another drink. Our table was overflowing with dirty dishes, never came back and took them. We eventually moved them to another table because we had asked multiple times and no one cleared them and we were trying to enjoy each other's company, plus we ordered the massive ($99) dessert for someone birthday. We wanted the table cleared for when they brought the dessert. The presentation by the staff of the dessert for the birthday was nice, but other than that service was not good. Most of the time there was not even anyone on the floor to ask for water, more bowls, etc.

There were 5 in our party. The automatic 20% gratuity isn't a problem for me in fact if service is good I usually tip more. The guaranteed gratuity set us up for not so good service. It wasn't terrible but definitely a noticeable slower and not as good even though we arrived before several tables around us we did receive noticeably slower service and those around us were waited on before us and even though I did get the servers attention that we were ready to order we still had to wait. It was very obvious. Not a super bad waitress please know that but the guaranteed 20% definitely added sadly and obviously affected the quality of our service. In her defense we did need a minute with the menu but we waited. Longer than we should have. Savannah was. Our server. I believe under normal circumstances she is probably a good server as I observed that with the other folks she waited on. I understand the need to add the 20% as folks can be terrible and not tip. But perhaps the wait staff need to be reminded that automatic tips should not equate to automatic not up to par service. Oh and please please come up with a new song for the birthday celebrations level up. Needs a break.

The Birthday announcements and awful music that goes along with it is extremely way too loud!!! For those of us whom have extraordinary hearing or wear hearing aides it is excruciating!!!! The lighting is way too bright!!!!

When ordering a cheeseburger I asked the waiter if they put anything on the roll. He assured me they didn't....Out comes the burger and there is a sugar sauce on the roll in some mayonnaise type sauce they make. I can't stomach mayonnaise so I had to send it back which took about 10-15 minutes. This meant my wife ate her breakfast and then had to wait for me to get mine...the place then started to get crowded and it took us 15 minutes to get the check. This was the first time in 3 years that we had gotten away because my wife had a major stroke 3 years ago and hasn't felt confident enough to handle noisy crowded setting and this put a major damper on it...I am changing my star rating to a 1.

First time eating here. Got the fettuccine Alfredo. It was just a little over cooked. It was bland, good but not worth the price tag. The garlic bread was way over in garlic. The sliders we got as an appetizer. Fun to look at. Taste was great. A lot of food dye in them. I would recommend to people to try out. Fun menu and atmosphere. Prices could use a little revamping. But we didn't care since it was for a birthday/holiday

We were pleasantly surprised by food we ordered and the service. Savanah was a terrific server. The noise wasn't bad either as some others had posted. Only one birthday celebration! The drinks we had were very reasonably priced though I did see some were crazy priced and huge!

The ambience was a lot of fun. We went for my daughter's 10th birthday. The food however, took forever to come out. We sat at 6:40. We ordered the sliders and dinner at the same time. It all came out at the same time at 7:35. I was assuming they would spade it out. The sliders were really yummy. My daughter's had grilled cheese and fries (one had macaroni and cheese). No complaints there. My husband had the Cheetos burger. He didn't love it. I had the ginger chicken salad and was pleasantly surprised at the taste. We all had shakes at the end, which were delicious. Next time, I wouldn't order 5, because only my husband finished his. They came out and sang to my daughter and gave her a complimentary scoop of ice cream, which was nice. Overall, we had a nice time. It was what we wanted for my daughter, colorful and over the top. She felt special.
