This Applebees on Kirkwood Hwy needs help. We have given them many chanes over the years, but tonight was the last straw. We ordered delevery this time and only half the food shows up. When calling the resturant they blame the lack of workers. They did offer a portion refund by mail, that I did not take, because I never recieved any of the other ones that were said to be sent to me. My family and I are not returning to this location again.

I really dislike this place, despite giving it 2nd+ chances. 30 mins wait for a bar spot despite multiple empty tables. Food always cold, subpar, flavorless, service at bar good but she was overwhelmed.

THIS IS THE WORST APPLEBEE'S. THEY SERVED MY UNDERAGE SON TOO MUCH ALCOHOL AND HE GOT IN AN ACCIDENT THAT NIGHT. THE MANAGEMENT DID NOTHING. THIS APPLEBEE'S SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. Used to go atleast once a week and would gladly still! The servers were always on top of everything and rarely had anything go wrong. If it did they were more than happy to fix it for you.Update: still fantastic service and their much needed face-lift looks great!
My niece had had a really hard time this year because her mother had to leave the abusive relationship with My niece's father just days before her birthday so we wanted to make sure since the snow canceled her birthday party and all the home life stuff was happening too we wanted to make sure that she still got celebrated and felt special and we went to Applebee's for a birthday lunch and our waiter was amazing the staff was incredible and they were even kind enough to offer my son the same brownie and ice cream that they gave to my niece for her birthday and they gave it to him for free also so that he wouldn't feel left out which warmed my heart and meant so much to me and him he was super happy! I've always loved this Applebee's more than all the others but this visit just knocked it clear into another dimension no other Applebee's can touch the service that this one gives or the atmosphere! 100/100 WOULD DEFINITELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Kid-friendliness: Their kid friendliness is absolutely top tier!
I ordered curbside pick up that I ended up having to go in to pick up because it was taking so long for them to come out. When I got inside, there were about 5 other people waiting for their curbside orders. I had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to come over so that I could tell them I was there to pick up. When I got home and opened my order I was missing 1 of my sides. The Alfredo was also very dry.

The wait wasn't worth it. We had poor service. Our waiter got 2 orders wrong and comped the person who had 0 issues a free drink. Not the person who got the wrong beer or myself who was given the wrong food.
