Came in, purchased two pretzels... on 3/21/24, the pretzel was hard, but the supervisor on duty jumped rt into it to prepare two fresh pretzels, without issue... great job kudos to him...Darryl jumped rt to it... kudos kudos kudos ? ?...

This was my first time to this location, and sadly will be my last. The location appeard to be well kepted and clean, but the attitude of the staff can use a revamp. Some much-needed additional training in customer service is a start. When I approached the counter and placed my order the gentleman seemed annoyed that I was there. I ordered a regular pretzel and a hot dog pretzel. He tossed my order on the counter and nearly slid off onto the floor. I still politely thanked him and told him to have a nice day.. Surprisingly no response, but as I was walking away a women thanked me from the back of the store. When inspecting the food the pretzel was good, but the hot dog pretzel was not appealing or appetizing. I know it's hard for businesses these days to keep staff who actually want towork, but a little love goes a long way.

I asked TWICE for a original pretzel half with cinnamon sugar. I was assured it would be "no problem". I took my pretzel & went to the smoothie place next door with my friend. I had a few bites, pretzel was cold and tough and it was totally covered in cinnamon sugar. My friend & I went back to Aunt Annie's to complain. I was told " We don't do half & half pretzels!" " There's not that much cinnamon sugar on there!" " You've been gone for 5 minutes!" " You already ate some of it!" I asked for a fresh one because I saw the lady making some fresh. Someone else did say Thank you. I threw the uneaten 3/4 of pretzel that was left &!walked out. I'll NEVER go back there! Being Rude & defensive is terrible customer service!

Was craving pretzels all week and finally decided to go Sunday came there at 5:15 ish and they close at 6 it’s says, and the damn place was closed. Currently going to McDonald’s :(

They opened at 10:00 am and NOTHING was available at 11:00, not even the drinks they have advertised. The girl behind the counter ignored us so we just walked out. Won’t be back to this Auntie Anne’s. Sadly I had to leave one star but they deserve ZERO!!

Today is the second time I come to this location to get pepperoni pretzels and even tho the the closing hours is said 9 pm I came in the first time a 7 and they didn’t have any, I cam the second time and it was around 6:47 pm and the young lady told me we just sold the las 2. I ask her if they are going to make more and they so nop we are done. This is not good business practice.

People working here are quite rude. To each other and to customers. There was no regular salted pretzels ( you’re a pretzel shop) the cashier said it would be about 10 mins, the guy rolling em laughed and said “longer than that. Actually for real we don’t have any” so I just decided on the pretzel nuggets kept in their warmer and they’re hard and gross. I’m sad. Lmao. Wish they had name tags cause homie “rolling the dough” had a foul attitude to the cashier.
I come here every night. Now they close at 9pm but I guess they stop taking orders at 8pm because everytime I come at 8pm they run me back out the door and say they’re closed. I get off of work at 8pm so that’s why I come after 8pm. One time I even came at 4 in the afternoon and they gave me cold old cinnamon bites.

Went to prices corner Ayntue Ann's on Friday June 23rd at 8:11pm (51mins before close.) Asked for 4 pretzels for me and the kids. The guy said he only has 2, I asked he could make more he said "no we don't make more". I'm not sure honestly but at about an hr before close I would think you would still service customers.

Forgot that there was an Auntie Anne's close by so while we finished up our shopping, we ended up here. The wife had brought back some of these goodies the night before and we stopped here for a quick bite. They had very little in the area under the heat lamp, and the pretzel dogs looked on the burnt side to me but the wife ate them. There was one guy wandering around aimlessly, the cashier, and a lady working on making more pretzels. No one looked in a hurry even as more customers were coming up to the counter. While convenience tempts, you're better off going to the mall.
