The food was delicious, we took my mother in law there for her birthday. The service was great even with a new waitress. She received support on items we had questions for. The New England clam chowder was excellent, and fish was cooked perfectly. Great place great atmosphere. Menu didn't stand out as a seafood restaurant with selections, and portion size was a little small considering the price, but the quality and taste were excellent. Definitely will return when in the area

This was my first time going to Bank's, and it most certainly won't be the last. The service, drinks, food, and view were excellent. I cannot wait to go back when the outside seating is open.

Great place to hang out. We either eat at the bar or if it's warm enough we sit outside on the water. It's great to watch the boaters cruise by.Parking: Parking is free and never an issue.

Would definitely return to Banks! The food was fantastic and the servers were attentive. Our appetizers, meals and drinks were all fabulous! We ordered the Tonnareli pasta which was just so good with perfect flavors and the mascarpone was a delicious surprise. The seafood nachos were so good and a meal in itself. A definite winner!

The branzino was very good tasted light and fresh with a crisp skin came with augratin califlower which was also very good. First time there and really enjoyed it, also loved the look of the inside of the restaurant and bar. Coffee was way to strong to enjoy and there was no white chocolate bread pudding as advertised on line. ( Which is why we went there) Entries and atmosphere very nice.

Service was impeccable. Ryan is arguably the best server we have had. His personality was off the charts and he handled our 6 person party perfectly, and the excessive amount of to go boxes we needed. Ryan should be commended and we would return because of him.

Total fail. Made a reservation with a special note as it was my wife's 50th birthday— and got seated in the bar area/at a high top. Food was over cooked/had to be redone- so my wife basically ate after me. We drove over an hour for dinner/had much higher expectations— felt like we were completely overlooked.

This was our first time at Banks' and overall we loved it. Our favorite part was when the Chef/Owner came out and talked with us for at least 15 minutes. Very nice gentlemen. Loved the overall look of the restaurant. Food was delicious and our waitress was awesome.

This fine restaurant never disappoints. I had a lobster salad that looked like several lobsters were on that bib lettuce and the dressing was outstanding. In the past I've had the crabcakes, soups, appetizers and the scallops. And, if it's just before the theatre with a show right around the corner, why would I go anywhere else?

I had the privilege of dining here yesterday 02/18/24. Everything was beautiful, even the service and staff. I had the encrusted rainbow trout. Omg it was incredible from the New England clam chowder, to the crabmeat dip and the drinks. The atmosphere spoke volumes alone, not to mention the crab cakes. Needless to say my Wife and I, will definitely be back many times to come. I can’t remember our server’s name, but he favors Micheal Keaton from the T.V show Family ties Lol . He was very friendly, kind and always smiled.
