Drove by today and it looks like Bogle Cove did not make it. The restaurant was stripped down to the drywall.

Great oysters and seafood.

The restaurant is quaint. It has an open kitchen area, so you can see your food being prepared. We walked in and there were no other diners in the restaurant, there were three people at the bar. The floor was being cleaned with bleach and water and the smell was so overpowering, my eyes started to water. We were instructed to sit wherever we liked, the bartender brought us 4 menus and took our drink order. We ordered Calamari, Shrimp Tacos, Grilled Chicken Wrap, Wings and Grilled Cheese and Fries. The food was cooked fresh, it came to the table hot. The Calamari was bland- no seasoning, the marinara was nice and warm. The Shrimp Tacos were delicious, plenty of lettuce and cheese. Wings were pretty good, seasoned, we got the sauce on the side, so the kids could eat some too. Grilled Chicken wrap was a bit bland, but thick - filled with chicken, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes, well made (didn't fall apart when you picked it up). The fries were thick cut and seasoned well, the kids loved them.Overall, the food was pretty good. The service could have been a bit better, with drink refills and being more aware of when we were finishing- in need of check and takeout boxes. A family of 4 ate for $90.We will go back again, I saw some other things on the menu that I would like to try.

Recently started a new job nearby. Went to Bogle Cove after work for happy hour on a Friday and you gotta love $1 oysters! Fresh, packed on ice, really great with a beer!

Great place, people, food and staff.

The owner bends over backwards to accommodate his customers The food is awesome...especially when you ask for the shrimp or wings in his special sauce (not on the menu) Have been a customer since it opened Never been disappointed It is great place to relax and chill and eat good.

Visited tonight would not be back again. Met Mike the owner, the bartender, the server, the host, and the busser. He was great but the place was poorly staffed.Ordered 20 Bluepoint oysters on the half shell... worst oysters I've ever ordered. Definitely tasted like Bluepoint's from the Delaware river #sketch. Also ordered a drink and Mike asked me how to make it. I felt it was unreasonably priced for the mediocre ambiance. I was really looking forward to the place! But I would not be back without major improvement to the menu, pricing, staffing and atmosphere. A day later I received a message from the "owners friend" whom said that I was unwelcome in the establishment now all because I made a review.

The oysters were fat & creamy. The clams were fat & fabulous. The tuna was so tender! Everything was delicious! DEFINITELY worth a 2nd or third visit!

Bar tender literally running. No other staff. Oysters Rockefeller terrible. Huge chewy terrible with onions smothering them. Thirty dollar entrees. Scallops and Sea Bass. My wife couldn’t even eat her dinner. Sad. Obviously staff overwhelmed. Kitchen can maybe put out burgers. I will never eat here again. I need a shot of tequila to cleanse my pallet Terrible

Worst dinner ever. Went there because of web reviews. Bartender running the whole place. Not my concern. Food was disgusting. Oysters Rockefeller covered in onions. My favorite. Almost puked. So we already ordered scallops and sea bass. Couldn't get past first bite. Thought it would be credited as entries as we had to leave literally . Two beers two glasses of wine. Nausea and diarrhea. Wow. Worst meal ever. . $100.

First time. Will try again

Food was very meh as was the service. Mask policies were not even vaguely followed. Not a repeat.

Went there for the first time today. Unfortunately, the restaurant was quiet as it was a Wednesday night in an almost post-COVID time. I ordered clams casino and the fried seafood platter. The clams casino was very good and were worth the wait as they are prepared to order. I also enjoyed the seafood platter. The crab cake was nicely spiced and is one of the best I've had in the area - most other restaurant's crab cakes are too bland. The fried oysters and cod were beer battered and perfectly cooked. I'll definitely be back.

We just discovered this place today after a Yelp search and boy are we glad we found it. The atmosphere, service and food were Awesome. Between 3 of us we had Oysters on the half shell, fried oysters, fried plater( oysters, fish. Crab cake and fries) and snow crab clusters and everything was superb. Also I want to state how clean this restaurant is. We will be back!
