I ordered chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, and broccoli. I got mashed and spinach. This or something similar has happened all 3 times I’ve ordered here. I guess they just don’t care? I don’t know. It’s frustrating.

I've tried coming here twice now and each time the extremely unprofessional girl at the window says the nuggets are not done . Why would y'all not have things cooking during the work rush. I ordered salad they didn't have that either . Ended up getting a full meal even though I didn't want it and she practically threw my bag at me then shut the window while I was trying to ask a question.

This location reminds me of why I stopped visiting Boston markets 20 years ago. Food disgusting, had to wait 20 minutes for “fresh” food and when food finally given it was cold and disgusting. Ants crawling around on floor and tables dirty

Got a rotisserie chicken with a few different sides. Everything tasted awful. Actually had to throw out most of it. Potatoes not cooked all the way. First time experiencing Mac and Cheese I don't enjoy. Just go to your supermarket if you want this type of food

Today is Saturday, June 11 @4:12pm. The two ladies working were ignorant, rude and unresponsive. First, I drove in the drive-thru and was ignored, decided to park to go inside and the DOORS WERE LOCKED. ?I guess no one wanted to work or assist real people today. This will be my first and last time stopping by this location. Very poor staff and business. Business hours state 10am to 10pm.

Terrible customer service I go to the Boston market in Wilmington on concord pike at 8:41pm hours say they close at 10pm I pull up st the drive thru the lady tell me they are close meanwhile I see employees out in the back smoking I was confused

I have ordered 3 times and all 3 times they forgot to put the chicken in the chicken bowl. I could not be more frustrated. There are other Boston Markets nearby and other places better in general.

The food was just as delicious as I remembered. My only yuk is that the ladies bathroom was a disgusting mess.

I used to swing by Boston Market a good bit after swim practice at the YMCA. Many good memories. The food is not nearly as good as I remembered. They were out of a bunch of things on the menu but maybe because I rolled up kind of early at 11:30am. I do understand there is a global supply chain backup so I did not deduct any stars for that. Service was friendly. Mac and cheese tasted old to me. I'm not sure if they make it fresh every day or not. Half chicken felt smaller than it used to be. Maybe I am just fatter now. I also remembered the chicken chamber of the takeout tray being flooded with juice and the corn bread in a separate sleeve. Now that chamber is bone dry and doubles as the corn bread holder too. Chicken pot pie is decent. Beware the puff pastry does not extend to the sides or bottom of the pie. It is only the muffin top. Still good. I feel places like McDonald's and BK have really stepped up their food game in the past 5-10 years. Boston Market has not so it doesn't feel like the fast food splurge it used to be.
