This was a delicious lunch decision. The food was made hot and fresh. The customer traffic was a non-issue. The service was fantastic. The ladies that made my order were so polite and kind.

I ordered from GrubHub at 12 am it said the order was ready and the driver was on the way to the store at 12:37 am. I get a text at 12:47 am stating that my order can not be fulfilled because the store was closed. How was the store closed and they close at 1am. Smh I am so P off.

The staff was extremely nice, the only problem I have is that I found a dead fly in my burger. It's disgusting I almost threw up just looking at it, I opened it to remove the tomatoes and I found it there on the lettuce.I tried calling and they didn't answer the phone, I've been at work all day long and all I wanted was to eat. I'm not going to eat this sandwich and I'm not driving all the way back, I left them a voice mail and hopefully they'll call back because this is unacceptable.

Ordered ghost pepper meal inside the building to go. Was ready in less than a minute. Got home less than 5 minutes later, meat patty was dry and tough like it was sitting for a couple hours under a warmer. Fries cold and undercooked. The last $13 I will spend at this chain.

Feel Incredibly unwelcome at this Burger Kine. My order is Always messed up and the Staff always have attitudes. Went through the Drive Thru and swore to never return to this BK after this. I placed my order and when I went to pay the price he told me at the Window was 2 dollars Higher and when I comment I was told. "You're White you can afford it" Congrats on loosing a sale that day and a customer
