Our favorite spot for calamari and pizza. The server is very helpful and friendly. This place has been around for decades. Fun, nostalgic Italian eatery inside the Concord Mall.Kid-friendliness: Friendly atmosphere.

Tried the food here for the 1st time and it has been very good, well otherwise the mall where not much happens. It was a late lunch, The waiter greeted us well and took very good care of us. We did the veg and kids menu both turned out good. I recommend.

Still some of the best pizza around. Such a shame what's happening to this mall and all malls for that matter. I'm sure Cafe Riviera is a victim of that. We were waited on immediately we just walked up to the counter and there was basically nobody else in the mall anyway. The mall is just horrible. Just a bunch of garbage stores like you see in a bad neighborhood like 69th St Upper Darby. We specifically went into the mall to go to Cafe Riviera. We each ordered a slice somehow the kid behind the counter got my fiance's slice wrong when he brought it out of the oven, but we had waited long enough, he was like "I'll just take it." We sat at the table in the mall and ate then walked the mall. Yikes. I'm pretty sure the days are numbered for Concord Mall which is so sad. I hope Cafe Riviera can find some place to go that allows them to continue to do business.

Very disappointed with the service!! They have been going downhill for quite some time now!! But I understand the know one wants to work, we made reservations for 10 people and they already had booked several people too . It took us 3 hours for food .every one at our party ate at different times

Food was ok (but not compared to the price) service was terrible. Waiting at the counter while two workers finish up their story (w EACH OTHER not a customer). Sitting down eating purchased food and same worker is having a loud conversation over her personal cell phone. There goes the atmosphere points.

Phoned in order and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. Went to pick it up after 30 minutes and was told an employee who finished her shift never put the order in. I patiently waited another 20 to 30 minutes for the pizza. When we arrived home I discovered the pizza had pepperoni and mushrooms not sausage and mushroom like I ordered. I even reminded them what I ordered based on them not having my order. I can’t eat pepperoni so I trashed the $18 pizza. Also, the pizza with the wrong toppings was so soggy from watered down sauce I probably wouldn’t have eating it even if the toppings were correct. Horrible service, quality and not a hint of an apology or even a thank you.

Had dinner at Cafe Riviera in Concord Mall (4/15/23) with wife and our son, granddaughter, and DIL. While this isn't the best of locations we love the food, portion sizes, service and prices. The sauce is the best. If you like Italian food, you know the sauce (we call gravy) makes or breaks a pasta dish. Their sauce is the best. I had penne with shrimp & scallops, it was outstanding.
