My wife and I had our wedding cake prepare by Kim and crew, and we were absolutely blown away.To give some more detail: I am a classically trained chef and this is the only bakery I have bought cake from since I discovered it three years ago. Their cakes are well flavored and always baked properly, and Kim puts taste over everything else. Everything is not only well prepared but the ratios of cake to frosting/filling is well thought out and pretty perfect.On top of all this the staff is friendly and has always come through for me, even when I've made difficult or last minute requests.

I ordered my fiancé a custom birthday cake and it was absolutely perfect in every way! The icing was the perfect level of sweet, the cake was rich but not too rich and the Oreo mousse filling was perfect with the chocolate cake! The cake was not only tasty but beautiful!

Clearly this woman and her staff are extremely rude. I’ll make sure she goes viral for how upset she’s made my family member. It’s literally her sons first birthday party. That’s not okay. She offered $5 back for a $200 cake. Goes to show how evil/self center people truly are in this world today. I don’t know how this person is still in business.Here’s an edit:Again, it proves my point how rude Kim is with her response to my review. She will drive her own customers away. I’ve looked through majority of her 1 star reviews and she’s arguing back with individuals who are deeply affected by her work. She provides no solution at all. I’ve never gotten a cake from this woman before and I will continue to never step foot near this place. What professional says, “Get your facts straight”. Grow up.

I have ordered 3 cakes here. They are expensive and very pretty. Twice, they did not write what they were supposed to on the cakes. Twice, they were supposed to include icing flowers. The icing is good and I wanted a lot of it. That did not happen. the third cake I ordered white chocolate mousse filling, and they recommended, that pudding would go well with it. The pudding over powered the taste of the white chocolate, which was actually good. That cake was also burned on the bottom. It wasn't burned black, but it was very dark and two of my guests commented that. I am going to return as a customer to Cannon's cakes, they are a bit further away, but the cake is far better tasting, and their icing is better also.

Kim is the sweetest human, not that that has anything to do with her quality of work but she put my husband and I at ease when making decisions for our guests. We could not chose our favorite flavor… so we chose a different one for each tier of our wedding cake! Our guests had fantastic things to say about our cake as well as the donuts… donuts seems unnecessary when ordering but what a hit!
