The woman at the window was on her phone, ignored us for 4 min. Then have us the wrong order not once, not twice but 3 times. My burger was thrown together. The food would be good if there was better employees. They also charged me for a milkshake when there machine was down. If you go through the drive threw your order is taken by AI not an actual person. I did NOT care for that, it can not understand half of what your saying.

I'm not gonna lie they do be having good food and everything be frash for the most part but the wait time sometimes be questionable like there's no one at the window in front of you and yet they want you to wait for like two to three minutes while catching a mild attitude If not worse luckily I'mma come individual so I don't be looking for fights but worst case scenarios someone might want to start a fight or worse but just to recap Good food decent people attitude needs work

Absolutely, hands down the worst place to go to. Flat sodas,hamburger on plain buns and half portions of fries. I will be telling and posting this on ever app and social media. Lower than Bottom level service. Every other checkers and ralleys through my life has been the best. Truly disappointed and discussed by the 1 restaurant. I come to this place at same time when I get off work (3:15isham).Theirs a Spanish work crew that’s amazing service BUT when they don’t work the service is trash they stop serving a whole hour and a half before closing only take door dash order to make it look like they taking orders. Half of staff was outside smoking weed like if they were home .

Food is fine, but you better double check that you've gotten everything. I got home with my drive through order and opened my bag to see a burger was missing from my combo meal. I called and they tried to have me return for the burger instead of just issuing a refund for the cost of the burger. Then the person who answered left me on the phone while she took drive through orders for 5 minutes.
