Ther service here was pretty good which is why I expected the food to be great!! I ate there, food came out hot and freshly cooked. Unfortunately, their Cheesesteaks don’t have a taste. I got my cheesesteak extra cheese fired onions and ketchup and it had no taste. Could use some seasoning to better that problem.. everything else was okay

December 2023: Very unpleasant place to eat in. Furniture is worn out. On a cold day, there is no heat in the restaurant. Too cold to sit in and eat a meal. The staff has no interest in customers. Tables are not kept clean. PS the tip jar is prominently displayed on the counter and on the credit card machine.

I never give all 5s, noones perfect. But on this day, anyone had an opportunity to get 5s if they did 2 things Cappriottis Silverside did NOT. Make my lil sick 6 yr old a grilled ham and cheese... And be... Polite... Hell even apathy would have made me feel... Less unwanted. So I left and dialed up the go to.... Claymont Steaks, but the one on 202 is better, idk why.... They were polite upon answering, and despite not really comprehending the idea, they made a ham and cheese on wheat bread... And I'm absolutely fine with that cause alot if times you gotta heat up a pick up order from anywhere .. well I didn't have too, but I'm picky and use mayo on grilled sammiches, not butter... I did that. The little one was very happy... And anytime I ever order out again... I will not only never set foot in Capps again.... Cause I don't want to bother anyone.... But I'll definitely go to Claymont, Everytime... Because they tried, they seemed to want my business... And I didn't leave there feeling I was a bother. And everyone was very happy with the yummy foods. Thank you.
