I wasn't going to post a review, but today I had another bad experience. About a month ago I waited over 25mins for 3 waterices & a funnel cake. I noticed on my receipt I was charged for an extra waterice. The cashier fixed it & apologized, but when I got the funnel cake it was hard as a rock so I returned it to the window. The teenager at the window told me he couldn't refund me & that he had to wait for his boss to get back. I was on my lunch break so I didn't have time to wait for another. So I sternly & kindly told him "that's not how business works sweetheart. This is no fault of my own. I need my money back please." He hesitantly gave it back. When I went today, there was a customer waiting for her order. Once she got it, the worker walked away while myself & another person waited in line. I waited for 2-3mins and left. I love that there's teenagers working there. Keeping the kids busy during the summer. However, the customer service just isn't good. They're kind but they don't seem to know what they're doing. Otherwise the waterice is delicious! Variety of flavors to choose from. Despite my experiences, I do recommend Dinos!

Hands down the best water ice in the tri-state area! Also a plus that Dino and his entire family are superstars and the kindest people around. If you go anywhere else for treats you’re only doing yourself a disservice. Dino has it all!

Dino's Water ice is sooo good. So much better than Rita's. If you are used to Philadelphia style water ice I suggest you try Dino's you will not be disappointed. I will definitely be back !
I've booked Dino's services for a Company Picnic at work for multiple years and we've always had a great experience. They show up on time, they're kind, accommodating, and all the ice cream and water ice is SO good. Highly recommend. Thanks, Dino!

Not your typical "crushed ice with flavored syrup" italian ice/snowcone experience. Stellar texture, especially when put into a gelati and combined with that ultra smooth soft serve! I've only tried lemon and pina colada so far, but dang are they both amazing!

Mediocre ice cream, but the price is reasonable ($3 for one scoop). They do not allow for tasting, so I got the employee's favorite of the three I was considering (Peanut butter cup) and it was fine, but nothing special or memorable. My mom got peaches and cream and threw it out a few blocks away --reportedly "light on the peaches, heavy on the cream".

We used Dino's for a corporate picnic last week and he was a pleasure to work with! He was the quickest to respond out of a lot of vendors I emailed - very responsive throughout all of our correspondence. He was prompt to the event and he made sure to introduce himself to me. If I ever need a desert truck in the future I will 100% call Dino again.p.s. The mango water ice is really good!!THANK YOU DINO!
