Despite this particular Dunkin being the busiest, they're never fully staffed. Usually one person doing orders and filling orders, while the other fills app orders. There's always at least a 20 minute wait from the time you enter until you exit.

So they serve old donuts, don't bake more, when they run out in the morning , they be riding the clock, doing nothing all day after out of donuts all afternoon.I feel everyone would rather have warm donuts not cold & old

Service is phenomenal for how busy they stay, being on the Main Street. My coffee has tasted the exact same for 10 days straight. I switched to an iced coffee and it was precisely how I wanted it. Kudos to these workers!!!

I had terrible experience with my recent visiting of Dunkin’ DonutsI made order online, when I came to the store I was waiting 15 minutes to get my order even though order was already ready because I saw my order on a shelf, while the employee handed my order for me they put everything on cup holder and my coffee was spilled on me, the employee just walk away without even say anything, when I ask for a new coffee, they just ignore me, and after told me that I can order again, and in addition to that since I was hurry to my job, I not order coffee and just go to work, once I came, I open my bag with order and realize that instead of put two donuts and two bacon egg and cheese I receive 3 donuts and one bacon egg and cheese, which is cheaper then my order and which I am not ordered at all, I would like to receive my money back for that order!
