I am so sick and tired of these stores forgetting my order. They are so stupid. If I had $1 for every time they forget my order I'd be rich.I ordered a breakfast item, waited 10 minutes and nothing. I watched 30 people get served.

Extremely rude! Got upset with me because I asked for ICE coffee and she gave me HOT coffee. Will never come back. I will drive a extra 20 minutes to go to another dunkin, instead going across the street.

Walked up to counter to order, was ignored while they were taking an online order. Placed my order, then waited 10 minutes for 2 egg cheese wraps. While waiting, the worker spilled some cream did not immediately clean it up.

The staff at this store are outrageously over the top rude. Yet it's incredible to me how busy they are.
Food was stale & old , coffees never right & directions aren’t never followed . Cheese allergie , I specifically ask for no cheese & they put extra cheese . Had to throw my food away ? . Will never return . Wawa is just up the road

The food is great and the service is fast and friendly. One warning though (nothing to do with the staff or products), the customers that frequent this location tend to be loud and obnoxious. If you see a bunch of older guys in fishing hats sitting inside, you may not want to eat in.

I stopped in my local shop for a coffee to go. I can't believe in these times that our local Dunkin Donut shop does not offer discounts for customers who bring in their own coffee containers. Additionally they use styrofoam cups that not easily recycled, fortunately there are many good options for coffee to go in my area. I would think a corporation of this size be on the forefront of needed environmental reform.
