They have flys on the donuts everyday day. They also be having fly traps above the donuts that’s very disgusting. This the most ridiculous Dunkin I ever been too the employees are very rude and they don’t care about their jobs. The bathrooms are dirty. I had hair in my food I will never come to this Dunkin every again the worst experience I ever had.

When I didn't know the correct name for the drink item that I wanted, The cashier, a young lady with braids, at the drive thru, must have that I was being aggressive and hee attitude said it all. Customer Service is a plus....which this young lady lacks.

The lousy and rude attention of an employee who is pregnant is not why they let people work with that rude character. I do not buy in this store anymore.
The floor was wet and slippery. Also, the young lady that was preparing my order felt that it was OK to hold my munchkin box between her nasty legs as she prepared my other munchkin order.When I asked her why she would do that, she acted like I offended her. Her coworker overheard our conversation, and she began to ask in a loud, aggressive manner what the problem was. She acted like she wanted to fight. It is really sad and disheartening that this employee found nothing wrong with placing an item that is meant to hold someone's food between her legs. This behavior is a testament that these employees are not being properly trained, and if they are, they are not adhering to said training. Needless to say, I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS DUNKIN EVER AGAIN!

can the coffee rolls get any smaller when they stopped making donuts on location worst dissension ever after all it used to be Dunkin Donuts? Now it's egg white wraps and yuppie drinks I guess that's why it's called Dunkin Now they could care less about donuts

Remember when a half dozen donuts filled the box except about an inch around? Well, I just got a half dozen donuts here this morning, and there was at least 3 inches of empty box all around. Are the employees holding back on the "stuff" to make free "stuff" to take home, or has management made this much of a change? The filling was only about a level tablespoon, too - not even half of what it was about six months or so ago. The breakfast sandwiches (bacon, egg, cheese, croissant, & sausage, egg, cheese, croissant) where probably the greasiest I have had in the decades that I have been going to this location, too. The woman that took the drive-thru order did so wonderfully professionally, but the window cashier seemed to not like taking actual "cash" from me - although she did recover her professionalism quickly.
