If I could give this place zero stars I would ! I've had problems with this place for years and wouldn't go back because of it!!! Recently a friend of mine and I decide to take our kids and meet up there in the mornings for a little like mommy me and my girlfriends breakfast , and we started going everyday, I thought the people there were super nice, kept getting our drinks wrong but they were nice or so I thought about it, until today ! My girlfriend goes to get her macchiato and she always gets two extra pumps of espresso which means there should be 6 pumps altogether because or already comes with four ! When you add that many pumps it shouldn't look like creamy like chocolate milk and every day she has to tell them she wants to be able to taste the espresso she doesn't want it to taste like all cream! Look I've worked in customer service for years so I know for a fact there's better ways to handle this , the cashier her name is Breana or so it said on the receipt and the boy making the coffees behind her started yelling at my friend and I ! Saying everyday you do this everyday you say your coffees wrong you only paid for two extra shots of espresso yada yada yada so my girlfriends like excuse me but I'm in here everyday and I pay good money for the things I buy in here so I would like my coffee done how I like it , also mentioned when we go to other Dunkin's they never have a problem fixing it. Breana the cashier says we'll then go to that other dunkin , bye , mean while the boy behind her is telling us to shut the F up , oh and I forgot to mention there was at least 7-8 other people in the store listening to them talk shit to us ! Also my friend mentioned how were always nice when we come in , I said that this was crazy and asked the manager who sat there and listened to the whole exchange if she was going to let them continue talking to us Like that , all she said was "it's okay it's okay" so it's okay for your employees to have zero customer service ? Anyway Breana and the boy continued on saying how my friend doesn't have any teeth in her mouth , which was caused from pregnancy, it's actually called Periodontal disease , like I said our kids were with us for this whole thing ! I'm just still baffled that we were spoken too the way we were , for a place that isn't cheap I think it's reasonable to ask for your food or drinks done the right way and it's a shame that a place known for coffee can't even get a coffee drink right ! Let me just remind that after weeks of having to fix our drinks every time we went in there which was very often , not once were we rude or ignorant just simply asked for what we wanted ! I think the employees there need a refresher in customer service and honestly should be fired ! This all happened on March 26th at about 10:20am if the owner happens to come across this and wants to check the cameras I would absolutely love for you to see how your employees acted ! If I ever go to this Dunkin again it'll be to ask for the owners number and that's it ! Very disappointed I'm sorry for the rant and for the other employees that work there because their great but a couple terrible ones can bring the whole place down ! I just really can't believe how we were treated ive never been spoken to like that before and especially not from someone that's supposed to take my order and nothing else , like there was so many other ways she could of went about saying that , like a simple ma'am you only paid for two extra espresso shots if you want more you will have to pay for more , would of been fine ! No my friends, I was never at this location. When in dire need, I do visit the Newport location, where you may find Nisha one fateful night, with her cute smile, kind demenor, and voluptuous heart ❤️ waiting with a hot coffee, 2 splashes of coconut milk, and 5 honeys... but alas I never venture so far up Maryland Avenue, up into Wilmington, so as to avoid infection, disease, syringes under my shoes, bullets, too much bass, and unemployed chanting in the distance... Naye, I believe at this time, I was having my prostate and surrounding members checked for stresses and stretches at 16 Little Egypt road in Maryland. It turns out, the masseuse recognized me as 1/36th African American in accordance to length and girth... who would've known? Who would've known... Stacy Kirby, perhaps. Say no more, beloved fwb, say no more ?
