This location has better coffee than 1900 Pennsylvania Ave 3 minutes away. They likely clean their machines better and calibrate regularly. Donuts were fresh and picked up by paper holder. Back of the house appears clean. Nice counter staff.

Restrooms out of order all the time! For the last few months they have been out of order. Sit down restaurants in Delaware are required to have a working restroom. Not only have you lost my business but I have reported you to corporate and will be contacting the board of health.

An African American male that didn’t give his name Refused to give me my glazed donut that I paid for. I ordered 7 and got 6. You put 5 donuts inside the half a dozen and put the extra one in the bag he was the “Closest manager “ there on shift he stated and said he bagged the food himself but if you run them cameras back you will physically see that he did not put it in the bag and that’s a FACT. He denied to give me what I paid for and basically told me to call the dasher when the camera will physically see how many he put in the bag. Worst Dunkin’ experience I ever had in my life and I don’t even write reviews but because this was a $34 that I did not fully receive and was told I’m basically lying when it was the “closest manager” mistake that he simply couldn’t admit. The point is not even that he missed 1 donut, the point is that you didn’t correct yourself and made it seem like the customer wasn’t telling the truth!Parking: Little parking spot but there’s always a spot available

I normally don't like writing reviews but today service was completely awful. I requested a half a dozen donuts when I got home and looked in the box it was nothing I had ordered. I went back to the store to see if they had what I ordered and they clearly did. When I asked to have my order corrected he seemed to have an attitude and then when I wasn't done started asking for the customers behind me order. How do you mistaken a chocolate glaze for a regular glaze and a plain double chocolate to a plain sprinkle chocolate.
The manager was so nice and kind while processing our orders. The donuts and munchkins were great. Would definitely come again! 10/10

I love how quick they are with my orders here, even when I order ahead. The manager is always out on the floor helping the staff and making sure that orders are done and going out. I also love how my coffee tastes ☕ fresh, not like some other ones that the coffee has a burnt taste to it ? We all run on Dunkin' and this store definitely does it!Parking: It's a very busy area in the morning, especially since everyone is on their way to work and wants to make a quick Dunkin' run, so the parking lot can get full with limited parking spots. I wish the Dunkin' wasn't right by the road since it could cause some accidents due to how heavy the traffic can get.

I made a mobile order for pick up and my order was not complete. Since it was pick up I didn’t check it before I left. Maybe that’s my fault, but the whole premise is that you walk in, pick up your order and go. Just very disappointing. I ordered An egg and cheese croissant with extra egg and the extra egg was not added but I was still charged for it. My coffee was supposed to be a latte and it was black.
