We used Fat Rick's to cater a retirement party and we could not be happier. From first contacting Rick to check availability and working out the menu and pricing to the day of the party, Rick was very prompt in his communications. Asked what we had planned and he made suggestions, so we felt like we were getting exactly what we wanted. Everyone at the party loved the pulled pork (super moist) and the BBQ chicken (huge drumsticks), and the sides were incredible. Some people who normally don't like potato salad kept going back for more. The quality of the food was only rivaled by his service, especially during these COVID times. They all came ready with masks on and plenty of gloves, had things sorted out so that it would be easy for people to grab things without touching other utensils. The only hiccup was his arrival was delayed due to extreme weather that day, but they set up quickly and the party didn't miss a beat. I would highly recommend and use again.

Ordered a rack of ribs to soften the blow of quarantine. Delivered right to our door. Just the two of us, so we shared a half rack for lunch with the other half for tomorrow.

We had Fat Rick's come out to cater a family get together to celebrate our recent engagement and right from the time we placed the order until the day of, Rick was terrific! The highlight of the party was out 60+ pig roast and when I tell you the meat was juicy, I am not exaggerating. We also had their BBQ chicken, the burgers n dogs and several delicious sides. To top it off, the event had rain on and off and even that didn't slow the party down. I can't say enough amazing things about Rick and his team. Thank you so much for making our engagement party such a big hit! I would highly recommend this place if you're looking to have your next event catered by some of the best BBQ you've ever had!

Damon, Rick's son is a terrific guy and the food we had at our 200+ person corporate BBQ was good - but honestly? Not great. The ribs were definitely good - falling off the bone but very charred tasting. Pulled pork was a bit dry, but totally "saveable" with sauce. Chicken was dry as the Sahara. Not OK. Again, over-charred for my liking. I really wanted to give higher marks, but due to the "burnth taste" (some people love this) I just could not. I bet in the restaurant (our event was onsite - not at the restaurant) the quality is higher.

Bbq chicken sandwich was fresh and delicious. They are only open a few days so make sure you get there before 2pm. Not ATM and cash only. RICK is a really friendly guy.

I was overwhelmingly satisfied with the food... I am trying to figure out when I can go back for more! Seriously good food, and the people are so nice! You're missing out if you don't try it some time soon!

If they had take-out service, it would have been 5 stars. I'm willing to take my own take out container to place my order in. I have severe back problems as a result of breaking up a school fight, which causes extreme pain. I rarely go out because I am so uncomfortable. Fat Ricks has an exceptional menu and EVERYTHING TASTE GREAT! I've been to their restaurants, outdoor set-up locations, etc. When they move I keep searching until I find them It's worth It! For me, the first bite takes me to my Aunt & Uncles home. The smell of the outside grill. My grandmother's Greens - Lord I miss the pot liquor!!! My aunt's potato salad. Everyone brought something but I'm only mentioning what 'floored' me!!! Well Fat Ricks will delight your memories. As a child i would go off by myself and rock & hum as I devoured my food. I found myself unconsciously doing the same thing eating their food. Go to his restaurant and excite your taste buds. Enjoy , you owe it to yourself!!!
