Not only are the staff Unfriendly. they are also nasty... I went there twice in one week and both Times two different people were scooping my ice cream wearing only one glove. And holding my cone in the hand without the glove. They don't wash their hands After handling money either. These people are unsanitary.

Friendly's in Brandywine Towne Plaza has greatly improved! New menus with new variety of choices! Portion sizes also increased and are now on par with prices. Service was excellent, fast, and attentive. Sundaes were delicious! Must be under new management! Looking forward to our next visit.

The waitress Julie was every bit of rude. Seemed as though she didn’t want to be of service to us. Nor at work. She got upset with us for not knowing that we had to leave after being seated and still enjoying our meal past closing time. I personally wouldn’t have went through my meal if I knew that it would be ruined as the end by distasteful service. The manager wasn’t too much better than the server after speaking with her. Do better for all us. Negative energy can jump from one person to another. We need more love and light in this world especially in a place that’s supposed to be friendly. I mean it’s Friendly’s sheesh.

It is a good restaurant for family. It is what a true family restaurant should be. Every kid meal comes with icecream, the food is still priced fairly and the staff is friendly.

Just left with my family because the manager Ty attitude was such a turn off when we came in. Apparently they were short staffed and had a limit of 6 to a party. There were only 5 of us but she was reluctant to provide us service. We left and went to Red Robins. I have never been treated so rudely before. Highly disappointed.

Me and my granddaughter Went on her 6 years old Birthday It was a shame Restaurant was very crowded and only had one waitress Waiting on everyone She tried her best, But we did not get the service expected And price was a bit much Charge for a re- full of Apple juice for my granddaughter.

Waitress was very polite, food was just ok. Ate since we were hungry. Too many pieces of fat in my meat. The onion was not cut properly, I kept finding the outside cover of the onion in my food which I could not eat. Took too long for the food to come out as well. In my opinion the entire restaurant needs a make over.

The food was incredible and the staff was kind. My brother got a burger and the meat was so tender and I was highly impressed with the quality; it's hard to order burgers out because you dont know what type of meat is used for the burgers but this was real beef. I got the short ribs and potatoes and wow the meat was very tender. We also had an order of the Honey BBQ chicken melt and it was ordered differently than on the menu and it came out perfect with the specifications asked. The only recommendation is to be careful of the amount of salt in the gravy because it was extremely salty. We will definitely be ordering again.

I only go here because it's kid-friendly and my grandson wants to play the vending games here. Came on a Saturday night just to order a take-out milkshake. Took them almost a half hour for that order, and the ice cream isn't even that good.
First time having a burger, but it was delicious! Their chicken noodle soup is top notch also.

Store #7792 check#4859 I had dinner with my grandchildren in which was fine and the children was excited for there ice cream sundaes, The waitress comes with sundaes in a bag in a cup with side cups of toppings. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! If it was to close to closing time then mangement should said last customer seated 45 minutes before closing. The thrill of going to Friendly's is to get the thrilling sundaes as the finale. I will never go to Friendly's again with my family for birthday celebration's, or family gatherings. We will go to the ice cream parlor to get the full experience of eatting Sundaes out! TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED $53.41....... Prices UP and Service Down....

Today 7/8/22 makes the second time I was told you could not be served. Their excuse tonight was “we stop seating and serving at 8:30p, while the hours on the store front state 9p. Two weeks ago I was told it was due to short staff, that myself and my colleagues were being refused service. It’s a shame that in this current economic crisis restaurants refuse good American money.
