I stopped in here to get an order to go for one banana pancake and a coffee. The donuts looked good, and I ordered two of them for my husband. The banana pancake was excellent by Delaware standards, but I still like two West Chester's restaurants better for pancakes. I skipped the cream cheese frosting on the pancakes, because I am a sugar addict who stays away from sugar. With cream cheese frosting, I bet the pancakes are to-die-for. The coffee was great. I did not have to wait in line. The person helping me was quite pleasant and very efficient. One of these days, I need to try the BBQ. There was only one family eating in the clean restaurant.

Saw this place on a Fox 29 spot with Jenn Frederick and tried it out today. Nice looking place - very clean, lots of tables, ample parking, and an easy drive from PA. The BBQ shop/donut house seemed like an odd combination, but the meats are offered as part of the breakfast options. The ham omelette was yummy. The crispy ranch potato bites that come on the side were excellent. The breakfast was so filling that I took the donut home for later - what a treat. The brioche donut is a different texture than a regular donut, maybe a little heavier. My apple cinnamon donut was absolutely delicious, as was my husband's cherry cheesecake. Cost was reasonable for the quality of the food, but bring cash as there's a fee for credit card usage. Only criticism was the cost of orange juice - $6.99 for one glass. Can't wait to try it for lunch or dinner. Wishing the owners a lot of success at this location.

Great donuts, etc but a tad on the expensive side. Was like $38 for six donuts and a breakfast sandwich.

I'm sorry I found out about this place! The friendly staff, clean & bright restaurant/bar/store area. I bought deli turkey & cheese, NY strip steaks , 1 jalapeno popper AND 1 apple pie donuts. I tried to eat 1/2 the donut BUT the brioche/ croissant texture and taste was so soft & slightly sweet. I couldnt stop. It's midnight and I'm looking at breakfast menu. I had a wonderful 1st time experience and I'm excited to go back.

We traveled over 1.5hrs to try this place and it was well worth it! We had the hot coffee, crème brûlée batter dipped brioche French toast, buttermilk pancakes, candied bacon, and brisket potato hash. We also got 3 donuts to go!Everything was delicious and great portions for everything. The bacon was indescribably good. We will be making another trip up here for lunch next time!

I went to try Hill Donuts and Pancake House in Wilmington Delaware. I got the peanut butter donut ? and yummy!!! It’s a HUGE dense dough but it is light and fluffy. The outside of the donut is extra sweet and has a light crust. The toppings are excellent. I also got the brisket, egg, and cheese on a cheese brioche bun…brisket cooked well and they give you a good portion , egg was actually seasoned. Bun was soft. Loved it!! Will be back to try more.

Food was yummy, donuts look delicious, wasn't sure what to expect since it was a BBQ place as well (322 BBQ) but there were a lot of tables to sit down and eat. Someone will come around to take your order, friendly staff! Cute decor and even a live musician on a Saturday morning/afternoon. They said you can order lunch (burgers and such) starting around 10:30. Overall, will definitely be coming back to try lunch here! Breakfast was a hit.

They’ve got big, heavy servings! Really worth the price. Place looked really nice, it’s spacious, and clean. Food was good, the hot chocolate could do some improvement as it tasted a bit bland.

Went to restaurant in North Wilmington. Food is delicious but expensive. Very fresh! Our waitress gave very average to below average service. Order was correct but did not refill drinks and was not very friendly. I'm pretty reasonable and easy to please working in the service industry myself. I thought they served breakfast all day given that it is 'Pancake House'. Arrived shortly after 2 pm only to find out we missed breakfast, which is what we came for. Also, bring cash unless you want to be charged the 3% service charge.

Disappointed no pancakes after 2pm! Only reason we went there. Ordered BBQ instead was NOT hot and underwhelming. Cornbread is not served warm and Mac & cheese is not baked. Tried the donuts only the glazed one was soft! Don’t think I’ll be back.
