My favorite ice cream shop! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The ice cream is so good and tasty. I get excited when spring comes around and they open up.

Always frustrating when a business doesn't update their hours. Their website specifically lists off-season hours starting October 1st and going until Memorial Day. Google also lists these hours, and it says they were updated by the business a few weeks ago. Yet, I pull up today and the sign in the window says they're closed for the season until March. I know it's the cold season but plenty of ice cream places are open all year. Please just update your hours on your website and Google so people don't make plans and waste their time.

This is the best ice cream spot I've ever been to. The staff is really nice and the owner as well. Biggest ice cream selection I've ever seen, nothing basic about this place. The shops vibe makes you feel like you're down the shore on vacation. Excellent in every way!

Perfect spot for dessert. The variety of flavors available was simply astounding. It felt like a paradise for ice cream! The ambiance of the shop is another aspect worth praising. Nostalgia mixes seamlessly with modern comfort, making it an ideal place for families, couples, and friends to gather. The prices were reasonable given the exceptional quality and portion sizes. All in all it was a remarkable experience!

Repeatedly POOR customer service. Nice ice cream, okay selection. I can't go back after the last time. Well, in the past any sort of line there becomes a nightmare and it's slow despite having a multitude of employees standing behind the windows this last time was more of the same and worse. This time I lined up behind two short lines that were at both windows and as I approached the first open window with five male employees both standing around behind it and leaning against the back counter. They shut the window on me and I waited for the next window to clear. I stepped towards her window and a man quickly walked towards it stepping in front of me. All the while the female employee was making direct eye contact with me. I point blank asked her"Which window did I need to be waiting at?" She snarkly answered, "This one." The man who stepped in front of me apparently didn't want to offer, "Were you first?" And that was that. I didn't make a scene. I just figured this was not worth arguing over any further.Again. Not the first time customer service was off. This time, worse.As for food, it's priced okay but the portions are not great.The location is good if your at the local park.The ice cream is good compared to soft serve. However comparing it to U of D's or Woodside Farm, you notice it's more like store bought. Not too hard but missing the texture of something really great. Perhaps it's not fair to compare it to UofD or Woodside but if I'm seeking out great local ice cream, Those two are really worth going for.

Their banana pudding ice cream is the best I've had, hands down! Real bananas, wafers, and even little bits of merengue... Spectacular!

The service was amazing and the ice cream was very good and top quality. It did not take very long for the ice cream to get out. There was a lot of parking and they have hundreds of flavors to choose from!
