I like Little Caesars... anywhere else. Management here is nonexistent. The people working here must be stoned 24/7, they can't get a basic order right, don't have online orders ready at the right time, never seem to be manning the checkout register.

Such a shame….This location is so convenient and is in a prime, very busy locale for anyone in this area. Across street from busy intersection, grocery store/strip mall etc. Could really be a GREAT neighborhood pizza chain with the proper improvements & management. I do love their thin crust pizza for the flavor and price. However, over past 3 years, I have witnessed its steady decline. I even returned after their Public Health issue over 1-2 yrs ago. That said, everything about this location has continued to decline. Seems to only have 2 guys on duty all the time. They lack professional skills and decide to close early, not take phone orders/calls or follow thru with refunds. When ordering online, they quote your food to be ready at 5:00p, but when you arrive for pickup - they are just putting it in the oven or even act like they had no idea an order was even placed. So strange and this is detrimental disconnect to the patrons that continue to support our neighborhood LC’s. Most takeout places have excellent communication and will send updated pickup times or call you with order questions etc. You feel valued as a customer. Here, there is strong lack of management and customer service skills.I always overhear patrons complaining while waiting for their order. I really wish they would fix their “oven kiosk”. Was so convenient to pickup your order this way. If you go to the pickup window, prepare to wait awhile and it is usually locked at prime dinner time (4:30-6:30pm). Does not make sense? Finally, when placing an order on the Little Ceaser’s app, this location frequently posts that “online ordering is not available for this location”. Then you call, they do not pickup the phone. THEN if you go in person, a sign on the door stating “they closed early”. Can understand if this happened 1-2x’s, but it is quite frequent. This could be such a GREAT location but it’s been 3 years. I can only hope they are not spitting in our food orders. Every facet of this business is terrible and under par compared to our other local options. It really makes you wonder. Their employees do not seem to care and do whatever they please. I do like Little Ceaser’s but NOT this location. Hope they will improve. Their reputation is tarnished due to this location.

Placed an order twice and they cancelled it on me both times. They called me after the second time with an attitude and told me to stop ordering from them because they didn't have one of the menu items. I asked why they didn't tell me after the first order and they said that they don't have to tell me because that's not their job even though the menu item is listed on the app. Now I wasted my entire lunch break because of these clowns.

I ordered from them three times on DoorDash, my order was placed my payment was debited, and every time they canceled my order stating they could not complete itI guess they don’t want my business, so I have not ordered since there are plenty of people out there that want to provide a service

It's embarrassing that you go to this place at dinner time. And they've got one pizza in the oven zero, hot and ready.You would think if they were properly trained. They would have ten pizzas in that oven. And the hot and ready, filled up being hot and ready because it's dinner time. If I was the owner I'd be furious. Just lost out on my business and those that would come if it wasn't like this always.

Hard to comment on the actual food as I’ve never been able to get pizza here. Their website says they open at 11. I’ve gone 3 times at noon to get a pizza. Once someone said they didn’t have anything ready and other times no one came to the window.

Don't order from this location. The pizza I custom ordered was no where near accurate with the toppings I paid for. The service is lousy. They will not answer the phone no matter how many times it rings. I guess when you buy cheap pizza, that's what you get. I won't do it again, that's for sure. I'll stick to the more reliable pizza chain stores.

The business owner needs to shut down this place if it’s not operational. On the out side it looks like it’s a functional business but do not be FOOLED!!!Never open, or open randomly.Save yourself the trouble and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
