I’m not one to write reviews but honestly if this McDonald is consistently like this I feel like I should. I’ve come usually during the night so not sure how the day time is but at night there is always a drive thru line and I sit there for about every time 15 minutes then when your at the speaker they don’t talk to you for like five minutes. People are honking their horns to get their attention. This time I called to make sure the ice cream machine was working and they said yes. So when it was my time to order they decided to tell me they aren’t taking any orders and are only taking DoorDash orders. So I said I just called and also have been sitting here for while. This isn’t the first time I’ve sat in the line for a while bc they just ignore us and done take anybody’s orders. Last time I came I have to skip the speaker bc no body was acknowledging me So I went to the window said I’ve been sitting there for a while and wanted to order. He proceeded to ask me if I can go back in the drive thru line and sit another 20 minutes……… ummm no. Anyways kinda sucks when this is close to where I live and I can’t even go here unless I wanna waste 30 minutes of my life and then be told they can’t serve me and for me to order DoorDash instead. So here I am ordering DoorDash for one McFlurry and spending 20 plus dollars. Honestly might be better than wasting 30 minutes of my life.

Supposedly open. Waited at the drive thru ordering box to no response for 5 minutes. Made a lap and tried again at the other one. They were marked as open and people were inside working - it wasn’t busy - but guess they just didn’t want to take orders?

I go by McDonald's because I had taste for one of their Big Mac, I pull thru the drive thru and a voice says we don't have anyone in the kitchen, we are just doing door dash and GrubHub. I was furious how can you run a business like that. I have nothing against Checkers but that night I wanted McDonald's. Just HORRIBLE!!!

I asked for 2 of the new sauce that I was charged .90 for got home & it was the regular BBQ sauce & didn't in cluse the sprite I ordered!! A MESS!!

This McDonald's on 4111 N Market St, Wilmington, DE 19802 is an embarrassment of the franchise. You have nothing but teenagers working there with little to no respect to the costumer's .. nothing but food all over the kitchen floor fries an nuggets and all. I'm surprised I inspector haven't came and shut that place down on how disgusting that whole kitchen is..Floors are sticky . And it smells when you walk in have kids and chilling in the waiting area also in the dining area accident employees for free food because they all know each other as friends and your employees give out free food And to top it off you have the employees smoking weed outside by the entrance door while all the customers see your employees doing it all I don't know who hired them but the person that did should be fired as well I will be calling corporate tomorrow and let them know the situation of that place that place should be closed down or put a new management and new employees there... What a disgrace...

I ordered through the mobile app before I pulled into to drive thru at approximately 12:24am and was told by someone very rudely that they were only doing delivery orders! ok no problem I understand sometimes things happen beyond their control! but how am I supposed to know that? I tried to get some attention just to ask on how I do I go about getting a refund? and was ignored!! terrible customer service and that person should be train properly on how to greet and answer simple questions a customer has!!! again I understand sometimes things happen beyond employees control but that doesn't justify being rude to customer!
