I used to go to Moe’s all the time & never had any complaints but now it’s just a joke. Their advertisements are not at all close to the food you actually get. Chips used to be fresh but now taste like old stale chips that’s been left out for multiple days. The burritos used to be packed with flavor, which now is super small & bland. The bowls are outrageous, the amount of food you barely get compared to how much you spend. The food vs the portions vs the cost is just laughable. No one greets you anymore with the “welcome to Moe’s”. I wouldn’t eat here even if it was the last place on earth. I’d recommend going to chipotle, the food is way more flavorful & compared to their prices, no complaints with them.

Ordered a chicken burrito with queso left with food poisoning. Also I got charged 4 dollars for queso on my burrito? I saw him ring it up as a side of queso, I didn't even bother saying anything to him, as I don't eat at Moe's often I wasn't sure if that was the right price. I am now sitting in my bed writhing in agony from the food poisoning I was given.

This location is the worst! I placed an order and the food was so disgusting and inedible!!! After making a complaint about my experience with this location the manager Harsh called me to tell me that I didn’t get food poisoning from them and that they would not provide me with a refund. That’s fine I never asked for a refund. The manger slipped up and said that they didn’t want to have the health department come out again. Please take my advice and don’t eat here. If you’re in Delaware visit the Brandywine location where they are always friendly and the food is edible.

This location is the worst! I placed an order and the food was so disgusting and inedible and gave me food poisoning!!! I should have left when the person ahead of me had to keep instructing the server to "pick through the bad lettuce to get to the good lettuce". (I WOULD have left without ordering if I'd seen the bathroom first, but Purell.)The food prep area looked ok. Ordered a bowl, which was about $13 . The beef was tasty, but the rice was too much like Uncle Ben's to spend calories on. Same for most of the other ingredients in the bowl, 70% of it went into the trash. Can't recommend.

I walked in here 90 minutes before closing on a Sunday. I immediately observed 3 employees sitting in a booth with their heads down on the table. I sh$t you not. The female grudgingly got up and sauntered over to behind the counter. Fortunately, her presence scared away a couple of flies. I ordered what I prayed were the remotely freshest ingredients and settled up. I then went to grab some cups of salsa and inconvenienced several small gnats in the process. I left and tried to forget the entire experience. I cut the burrito up at home and looked at each piece before ingesting. They had a "now hiring" sign up. Sheesh. I can be a depressed loser for free thank you very much.

DONT GO Save your money don't go there are so many other places to eat the owners and employees of this specific Moes are ripping people off they over charge and keep the change and I've even seen them pocket the money which didn't even make it's way into the register. They are nasty and most of the people I have talked to have gotten really really sick from eating there I got sick too. They cut corners and don't care about their customers health. I've seen rats running around and even rat poop on the table too. Also in case you don't know they have a history of being perverts, camaras in the bathroom search it up. They constantly eye girls up and down and seem to jerk off to them no wonder why they can't make the food right or keep the place clean. Go to another Moes save yourself from this one it's horrible. I've gone through a nightmare with them Im warning you don't go I wouldnt even give it 1 star it deserves none!

Simply incompetent. Asked for a wheat burrito, server tried to give me flour and when reminded about wanting wheat, server said they were out without even checking. I walked right out. Don't expect anything but the bare minimum at this Moe's.
