Me and my family ordered from Pats, the pizza was overcooked and had no sauce. My husband said tastes like cafeteria pizza. Was very disappointed.

Not a bad spot to eat at. I grabbed my food to go. The staff at the counter were very nice, and showed great customer service. My food was hot when I got it, and it smelled fantastic. It tasted good, but about what you expect from a pizzeria. I never have any issues when I order from Pat's.

Pats used to "use to be " the #1 choice. I bought a pizza for my 3 years old he tried to eat 1 slice, made a gag noise, and said, "mom.mom, it's nasty." My grandbaby loves pizza. it's his favorite food. I have bought Walmart box pizza and cooked at home, and hrs never said it tasted bad. i called and asked what they changed (owners cheese cooks)??? I explained that it didn't taste good and asked for a replacement. The young lady put us on hold, and i assume the owner is who picked up and refused to teenage because I called 2 hrs later. He made a big deal over the b time not carrying about satifactory food. We all know good pizza is even better cold or the next day. If the pizza was good to begin with!!! The issue i have is that i didn't want a refund. I wanted another pizza, and I was still willing to give them a chance from history and experience. Today, sir, you lost a customer. we will go back to Dominos, who would have refunded and replaced it if we were unsatisfied. I only wanted to give you back the pizza that had half a slice eaten because it tasted like trash and gave you n an opportunity to fix it. My review is honest and fair. I did start by saying you USED TO BE OR 1ST CHOICE that pizza cost you nothing to keep a customer. WHILE YOU USED TO BE 1ST CHOICE, NOW YOUR NO CHOICE . THE PIZZA IS IN THE TRASH WHERE IT BELONGS AND I'LL GET A REFUND WHEN I NOW HAVE TO V DISPUTE CHARGES WITH MY BANK BECAUSE I'M. NOT PAYING YOU FOR A PIZZA THAT WENT ON THE TRASH CAN. I DIDN'T EVEN TOUCH ON THE WHAT USE TO BE THE BEST WINGS IN TOWN. THEY TO TASTED A LITTLE UNDONE BUT THAT WAS AN EASY FIX TO PLACE IN THE OVEN THE FLAVOR WAS STILL THE SAME . I placed an order for delivery and it took basically normal delivery time 30 minutes. When I received my order a medium special Stromboli and a cheese steak and fries. Well the Stromboli was over cooked burnt on the bottom and my steak didn't have my mayo. or ketchup on it, I contacted the store complained about the over cooked Stromboli nothing about my steak. They agreed and brought me another Stromboli and took the over cooked one well when they brought that Second one they messed up on that one also they forgot to put the sauce inside, so I called again they said that they will bring me sauce oh heck no it is supposed to be made with sauce in it. I just said to come pick it up and give me my money back two strikes on that plus forgetting my ketchup and mayo on my steak that 3 strikes and I am not ordering again. Thank you.

Pizza is always hot or miss. I really hate getting a pizza delivered and your delivery driver was not paying attention or something because my toppings slid off of the pizza. Not cool Pats. This was the last straw for me.

Got a medium cheese pizza. Was good. Order cinna sticks and they’re terrible. They made it like a flatbread pizza with a very small amount of butter and cinna on it. I had to whip up my own stuff at home just to make the dough tastable. Won’t be ordering that again.
A Saturday night and the staff acted like we were bothering them. Food is decent, recommend if you like the food order for pick up and take it home, the service is better at home.

Purchased a medium meat lovers pizza for 20$ on a Saturday afternoon, the entryway was dirty with leaves that lead but we were able to quickly order, and learned there is a 3 percent extra on credit. The meat lovers pizza lived up to it's name, as the meat was plentiful, and the crust was crispy, cheese was stretchy, overall a good pizza experience. Place was pretty empty which was weird, and some fountain drinks are out of order, and a little watery. It was a tasty and if I would order here again.

Y'all gotta change that oil, the food was ok, waffle fries were very over cooked (burnt)and gave me the crumbs from the end of the bag, oil was old within the taste of the food. Idk what's going on but y'all gotta do
