I have to say I was impressed by the food. For a chain I didn't have big hopes burger is a burger. Everything we good was good and cooked right. The service was wonderful also.
The fries and burgers are great. They have a lot to choose from and even have gluten free options.

Just not what it used to be. It’s hard to justify bringing your family out to eat for $17 cheeseburgers when your tables are sticky. Sitting next to tables that are never bussed. The bathrooms are disgusting with trash and heavy smells of old urine. Also had to wait about 10 minutes before being greeted by a server who said they would come back but never did… the restaurant was near empty and lack of overall care for service and general cleanliness was shocking.

I've always had takeout, never dined in so I can't say anything about atmosphere really. The food has always been good except the couple of times they've forgotten my extra dressing or no cheese on something but I'm not really complaining about that. The staff is always nice when I come in to pickup and considering I work around the area, it always smells so good outside!Kid-friendliness: They have balloons on sticks by the door and fun activities on the kids menu's!

I will never will be returning to this location again. I got a free voucher for a free appetizer and free entree due to the food quality when I returned. When came to pick up my order, the hostess needed a manager to review my voucher. The manager Greg was not professional and very disrespectful. I saw my food sitting there for 20 minutes while waiting for Greg to review my voucher. I could go on but I am too exhausted to go even more. I will never come back.

My husband and I used to LOVE coming here at least once a week... about 6 months ago, we both had the worst burgers but decided to give it another shot.. after 3 times of our burgers being raw and bloody (after asking for well done), not having the correct condiments, and just being gross, we gave up. This last time, it had been at least 2 months since our last visit. I decided to give it another chance... nope it was horrible the food wasn't good it was so cold in there you can't enjoy your gross food and the server acting like she was in a rush (there was 5 tables total) we came to the conclusion we will not be returning.. not to mention for 2 burger meals, it was $50, not worth the nasty food... honestly, mcdonalds is better the only thing I could recommend is the fries they are always good.

Very DISAPPOINTED in the visit to this restaurant. Had a "BIRTHDAY," email but was unable to use it because their system couldn't find my account. REALLY!! I eat there OFTEN. ALL OF THE FOOD SERVED TO US WAS ICE COLD, AS WAS THE RESTAURANT. Most of the customers ate with their coats and hats on. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
