I ordered a tuna sub no lettuce toast the bun. Food came I opened it found disgusting brown lettuce saturated in oil and less teaspoon of tuna on I toasted stale roll. Called them to complain guy answered the phone rude, unprofessional, tried to say order was prepared how recieved yet repeated the order they got "No lettuce toasted roll" ignoring the sub disgusting. Stale oil soaked roll--tons brown oil soaked lettuce-teaspoon of tuna. Refused to put management on the phone and hung up on me or maybe was the manager who knows!!! This is the Season's on Concord. Disgusting if star less than one would give it.

I ordered macaroni and cheese. It was delicious. The last two times I ordered I got kraft dinner. If I wanted kraft dinner I would go to the grocery store. 6.99 is ridiculous for a cup of kd. If you order it make sure you know what you are getting.

Decided to treat my boys to a birthday lunch here since they love Season's, but this location did not meet expectations- at all! Pizza was supposed to be large and it was medium. I placed my order nearly 3 hours ahead of time and it still wasn't 'ready' when I arrived so I waited 5 minutes only to receive a lukewarm and overcooked pizza, my wings were so crispy they were basically dust when I bit one. I honestly couldn't believe the poor quality and terrible service. I don't usually leave reviews, but i had to because of the sheer disappointment.

My friend and I have been to this location twice in the last 6onths. We get the vegi pizza which is absolutely delicious!!! Our server, Kim, waited on us both times. She is pleasant, professional and has a great attitude. Thank you Kim!
I get their Party Pizza every week & it's always great! The tomato sauce tastes fresh & they load it with pepperoni. They deliver quickly & the driver is always friendly and the pizza is hot!! Can't beat it !

Paying by card at the takeout counter, the first thing to be seen on the card scanner is six options for amount of tip I would like to leave. As if this isn't inappropriate enough, finding the zero option is all but impossible. If I'm doing takeout and I'm forced to tip, I'm out.
