I love their crabcakes. I wouldve given three stars but the fact that they gave me all drums IS SICKENING!!!! I prefer flats but I try not to be picky so I dont ask for all flats because usually its half and half but to give me all drums REALLY PIST ME OFF!!! And they are hugeeeee like dinosaur legs. I thought I was getting regular size wings.I threw them away. Please never give a customer one wing type I never had a restaurant do this before. It may be small to some but that really upset me because I tolerate drums and prefer flats.

Called last night for pickup. Verified location. Ordered food. Drove to pick up. On arrival, was told I had no order in. Re verified phone number on my phone with the "manager" and was told i never called. Long story short, no food offered to be made, no customer service at all. Zero stars given! absolute trash!

I bought 2 Tiramisus last night & one of them was inedible. It was literally sitting in a puddle of espresso/coffee causing the texture of the Tiramisu to be mushy. It was 11pm at night therefore I couldn’t drive to the store to return it. I bring it in (with the receipt) on my lunch break to exchange. I was told that I couldn’t exchange it bc I bought it last night. What? After explaining to the worker that had the store been open I would’ve returned it, he’s still not providing any type of resolution. He then says he can give me a refund. Fine, that’s great. However, he didn’t know how to process a refund so proceeds to go into the fridge & tries to hand me another Tiramisu. Oh, but I thought you couldn’t bc I purchased it the night before?? Do better!

Horrible experience with this seasons pizza. I spent 30$ on 8 wings and cheese fries and a 20 oz soda. Wings had no sauce, there were like 10 fries and the soda was HOT! I knew better then to order from them they have gone to the wrong address twice before this one for delivery, canceling one after 1 hour and 20 minutes of waiting . This place is a joke I wish there were more options in the Elsmere, De area. Please someone open up a good pizza shop in this area. Thanks to everyone reading this feeling my pain.

The staff was nice especially the cool lady with the Inuyasha tattoo, very smiley and friendly and patient because my vision is super bad she gave me a menu and waited as I slllllowly scanned everything, so good service there.
