Quite literally has 13 year olds as employees who invite their friends over to play and scream and create an extremely chaotic environment. not a nice atmosphere to try to enjoy yourself and relax. The employees genuinely acted like they were young teenagers screaming and running around with their random friends that they invited in. Very disappointing.

They are nice but they ALWAYS get my order wrong.Someone needs to retrain them on what a CHAI TEA LATTE is . They keep giving me black tea.I just don't ask the staff to remake my order coz i don't like wasting my time. $7 for a medium cup with hot water and a teabag is not what i go to the store for respectfully.

No way I bought $20 worth of food and drinks and then 5 minutes later I ask for a cup of water and they tell me no. Let me toddler leave the place screaming bc he wanted a cup of water.

Walk in and the two young employees continued their conversation until I said " "excuse me, I would like to order". As I was leaving, I kindly suggested they should acknowledge their customers upon entering and cease w/ the talking. One of the young men agreed and the other behaved like a little obstinate

unprofessional staff, no pre made sandwich available and most of the sandwiches in the back were supposedly out of stock of as well. They didn’t even bother to check in the back. They kept laughing and joking around with each other while blasting music on their phone. The most rachet Starbucks i’ve ever been to. Will definitely not be returning.
