Asked for a grande drip, and was told by the employee that they do not have drip coffee. I then asked for a “regular” coffee. Employee’s response: “Oh yeah, we have dark roast and Pike Place”. It took another 90 seconds of follow-up questions, pointing, explaining, and bargaining to get what I thought was the company’s flagship product.You basically get the bottom of the barrel at this place.

Late afternoon and they're out of cold brew, and they aren't capable of making a regular cup of coffee. They can make milky desserts with a splash of espresso, but they can't make a simple cup of joe. Went to the grocery section and bought what I wanted in less than 3 minutes. Rude employees! I walked to the counter, was looked at, then ignored for a few minutes. The employee finally waited on me and was not nice at all. The entire time they were making my drink, the employees were complaining about how tired they were and wanting to give up shifts. Just not a good look. When my drink was done, the employee just slid it over the counter and said nothing to me. Why can’t people just be kind????

A solid Starbucks inside Target. Super tempting to get a drink every time I visit Target. There's always plenty of seating and waiting space for a drink. The wait time is usually very low and it's super convenient. Sometimes there's a line to order, but it goes by pretty quickly. They also make the drinks pretty fast, despite it being crowded occasionally. I got a tumbler with stars here and unfortunately, the stars only cover a certain amount up to for the Tumbler because it is a Starbucks inside a Target. (Is what the cashier told me). Nonetheless, the service is always good and I'm always happy with my drink. Tl;dr - solid Starbucks inside a Target. Sometimes there's a good amount of people, but it goes by quickly.

Maybe things have changed since the other reviews are older. Service was fast and staff behind the counter were very pleasant. They also gave me good drink suggestions. Lots of seating, unlike other Starbucks that are within other Target locations. And my Shaken Oatmilk Brown Sugar espresso is so good! There's the perfect flavor that hits you when you taste it and then a nice after taste of brown sugar spice that lingers for a little while after.

The Barista on shift now did not know to make a strawberry açaí lemonade - Had to go back and convince her that strawberry açaí lemonade comes with strawberries. Was rude to most customers.
Waited over 15 minutes for two cake pops no coffee order just two cakes pops. And the workers gave me the wrong cake pops! My 5 year old was so upset. Not impressed with this location rather go to main locations. They need adult workers not teens!

Rude customer service from a pregnant employee. She was kind to everyone before me and when it came to my turn no , "hi hello or thank you " they didn't even have bags for all the merchandise that I had purchased. If you're going to work in customer service learn how to treat everyone the same. Don't have good customer service just to people that are old.

The gentleman let the woman make the drinks and continued to clean and not even acknowledge guests as the line grew longer. Hasn’t even acknowledged us at all. One person making drinks and taking orders. Other dude just cleaning? What? Give the girl a raise!

Never open on time. On 3 different occasions I've walked in around 8:15am and they are still not open yet. Just change the hours so customers don't get frustrated.

App and website state store closes at 8pm. Went at 435 and was told they were closing. When I questioned the hours the one worker was snotty and rude and told me management told them to close. If this is how the business is run, it will fail and I’ll never patronize again. Do better.
