First time going into this place. The service was trash. She charged me for 2 20oz sodas when my order came with 2 free sodas. Then failed to give me a refund. Got to my office to eat my sandwich she put condiments I didn’t even ask for when I went back to get the missing condiments. The young Koren lady was very disrespectful. It’s sad that these foreigners come into our country earn our money and be disrespectful in the process. Will be never likely to return. Sorry service! I wouldn’t even give it 1 star but I had to put something. I rate them below ZERO!

How do you know that korean lady wasnt born here? the lunch special you get a free 75 cent CAN soda not a 20oz bottle. you paid for your food with food stamps her tax money paid for. I attended a conference at the hotel across the street. I needed a quick spot for my son and I to grab lunch. Just happened to stumble up on this spot and I'm glad that I did. I love me a good coldcut sandwich. I got a smoked turkey sandwich and my son got the italian sub with no cheese. The meat and toppings were fresh with nice soft fresh bread. I had a temporary visit to heaven.
Food was exactly that we ordered and it was frest and freshly made. The ambiance was great here and staff was friendly.

Sub was good but they can keep their breakfast sandwiches. They were tasteless and small. The girl working inside super nice, and there's tables and chairs if you want to eat there. Right across the street from the DoubleTree if you just need a sandwich to bring with you.

Got a BLT toasted and it was fabulous. Fresh bread, crispy bacon, fresh and crisp veggies. Quick and friendly service. I'm doing an internship in the area and will definitely be back. Got takeout. Excited to try other sandwiches next time!

The only draw back with this place is...you have to go in the store to see a menu. They can't seem to get a menu on line and won't give printed menus in the store. For workers in Wilmington, we need that convenience of having a "portable menu". Some of us don't get a lot of time for lunch and can't afford the luxury of standing in line in a sandwich shop using most of our 1/2 hour being waited on. Come on Sub City...bring your menu to the people!!!
