My wife and have been eating here fo over 15 years. The food has always been delicious, and the staff is always friendly and professional. The owner takes pride in using the best ingredients and professionally trained chefs. Having lived in Asia and traveled to various countries in the region (including several times to Japan) I find the food is authentic and reasonably priced for its quality.

Sub par Japanese food. Rude staff. Noisy and so overpriced for what they offer. We won't waste time returning. Not at all worth the money they charge... Crazy to pay $8 for edamame and have it tossed at you by a loud server, cold.

Thirty-eight year business, that proves you need to be excellent everyday, prove your craft all day. Late day encounter with hostess sitting, answering phone and waiting tables all while chewing food as she greeted table. Defensive and agressive in recovery.Beautiful photography of artful dishes with inviting menu. Actual meals are photo-lite, lacking in promised presentation.This seasoned destination culinary fare has obviously fallin prey to the false lore of shrinkflation, with missing ingredients, sushi rolls at shrunken size and pre frozen-flavorless softshell spider roll.Price does not equal currently the past quality that built generational wealth in this family. This expirence was parallel to an unprepared restaurant that is days away from an unannounced perminent closure. $$$$There is always tomorrow, but my special occasion will have to circle the sun one more time. Wonder if they will still be open with pride?

My husband and I came here for the first time tonight and we were absolutely thrilled with our experience. Staff was warm and welcoming, and food came out an appropriate time. Miso soup was warm and rich and hands down the best I've ever had. We also enjoyed the pan fried pork gyoza. My husband enjoyed the Sushi A combo and I had the chicken teriyaki with the avocado and cucumber salad. All around delicious, and we will be repeat customers!!

Went out for a night with friends and we couldn’t have picked somewhere better!! The service was so sweet and nice, and for someone who hasn’t been to many restaurants like this, it definitely was a great experience for a semi-beginner like me. I definitely want to bring my friends back here!!

The food here is so delicious and affordable! The sushi is out of this world while the dumplings are so juicy. I recommend the crispy orange flavored beef. It is pack with so much flavor that it will knock your socks off!! The only thing better than the food is how nice the staff are!! I wish I lived closer so I could eat here more often!!
