We had dinner there on a Monday night. The food was great and the service was very good. One person in our party asked for something not on the menu and Angel was quick to accommodate! Will be back soon!!

The food is great. I have been here twice. I've seen this place many times when visiting Concord Mall but I assumed it was commercial Mexican food. I was sadly and regrettably mistaken. I've been to many Mexican restaurants in NCC and this place ranks in my top 5. I went during the day so maybe that's why the wait staff wasn't on top of our refills but I just asked her for 2 glasses at once which sort of solved my dilemma. Overall I definitely recommend this place if you're craving authentic flavors. See you all soon.

The absolute worst service I have ever had in my life. There is no sign as to whether to sit or wait. The two staff members mostly stay in the back waiting on food.Brought chips and salsa, but no drink. That was delivered after I finished the tiny bowl of salsa. There was no offer to refill the salsa or my drink. I had to ask for a refill. No extra napkin, no coming to check on me at all.The food was good, but I was supposed to have mushrooms in my fajitas, and there were two pieces.First time in years that I left a zero tip. This was my second and last time eating there. The first one was bad, but they had just opened. I expected them to be better, not worse.

First time based on good reviews. We were looking forward to a nice meal. It was between 6:30 and 7:30 on a Saturday night and there were only three tables occupied including one large party of about ten. Perhaps they are serving lots of takeout? The server was attentive until we had eaten and then was hard to find. The three "Tacos Tropical' were a mixed bag. The chicken was dry and over done. The shrimp one was delicious and the fish tasted poor and I ate around the fish because the other ingredients were so good.The Al Pastor bowl was big but the meat was a very small part of the bowl ingredients. Disappointing.The music was appropriate but louder than we'd have liked. It was still possible to converse but the music was mildly intrusive.It is nice to see that more restaurants like this one are using the handheld card receipt machines to show the bill, take a credit card and print a receipt without having the card be taken to the back.It's only one time here but since it was prime time on a Saturday night and the lack of patrons was obvious, I fear that if this is normal, it will be hard for this place to continue operations very long. We'll give the place another chance later but our first time was a disappointment.
