My daughter made the mistake of eating dinner here at this location. Tonight. There was hair in her food and not from the hair on the top of your head. That is totally disgusting and unacceptable. The manager could have cared leaa he acted like it was. No big deal. Did not even offer her another meal and offered to take just 20% off of the meal. For such a disgusting experience. I am totally planning on filing a complaint with the health department tomorrow. Luckily she was smart enough to take pictures so we have proof. How gross ?

Terrible experience with curbside pickup it’s almost like it doesn’t even work.. if you eventually don’t go in to check on your food even if you click the “I’m here” icon you’ll never receive your food.Today I went to do an online order to pick up inside. The website was not working so I went in and waited for 10 minutes plus.. this was due to no staff being upfront to help us. Unprofessional in my opinion so I took my money elsewhere.

Don't ever order takeout/delivery from this restaurant. Second time we've had items missing. This time they didn't call to say that they didn't have the chocolate milks we ordered, just left them off and didn't adjust the charge. Also, the kids meals were pathetically small — hamburger the size of a silver dollar (and overcooked), chicken "tenders" the size of chicken nuggets (also overcooked). The adult meals weren't anything to write home about either. Friday's is nothing like it was before the pandemic.

The worst restaurant experience in my life. I took my 14 yr old here to have a nice dinner & we had a 40 minute wait for our food, our server Sean was awful other servers came to check on us. Food order was wrong had to send it back & I told the young man that just came to start his shift I just wanted to go containers. Never again will I go here!!!! No soap in the bathroom. & they were more focused on catering to a big table of white college kids & making sure they were being served than anyone else. All the brown folks that came in got seated over by the bathroom. This establishment is the pits!!!!

Our server was great, but the food took forever to come out. Food orders came out wrong then to correct the mistake took long too. The appetizer was good. Loaded mash wasn’t that great especially having to pay extra.
We had a great time for my daughter birthday and our server Shamiel went over and beyond . Definitely will be back and specifically request him .Kid-friendliness: Kids love the chicken tenders
