This is definitely a cool little spot…seems like a good crowd and fun atmosphere. I cannot say that I would recommend the food. Ordered just a basic Caesar salad and loaded tater tots (queso & bacon) - the Caesar was a plate of chopped romaine w/a pinch of cheddar/mozzarella (instead of parmesan) and no croutons. When it was mentioned to staff, she simply replied: that is the Caesar that we have (although the menu listed it correctly). The loaded tots were half decent, but for fried food, there was zero crunch - they were soft enough for someone with no teeth. I was interested in the Smash Burger, but when the basics fall short, it didn’t seem worth wasting the money on anything else.

This used to be a biker bar but is newly owned and completely redone. It appears dark from the outside but inside is very lively! The Gap is located in Wilmington Delaware (right behind Prices Corner). They have great food, delicious drinks, and the best bartenders! I came in on a Thursday night and they happened to have line dancing for a few hours! When line dancing isn't going on there's always great music and big dance floor. The bartender made a great spicy margarita and even checked in with me to make sure it wasn't too spicy! It was perfect! The food menu has a ton of options and everything is inexpensive and tasty! The shrimp Caesar wrap was loaded with flavor and served with fries.With so much more on the menu, I can't wait go back and enjoy the food, drinks, and great atmosphere!
