Bardea is the best restaurant in the state of Delaware. Their staff is like a fine-tuned machine, they are professional and masters fine dining. Chef Amtimo is not only a James Beard award winner but a creative genius. ☆☆☆☆☆Vegetarian options: Wonderful!!!!!

The food was excellent. The service was pretty average... our server didn't seem to know much about the menu, and the only recommendation given was for the most expensive steak. Loud, clubby music, strange for that outdoor environment.

Someone recommended this place to me and I didn't realize that it was part of the Bardea resturant group until I got there! It was nestled in between Bardea and Bardea Steak. The area is beautifully decorated with greenery, flowers, and serveral seating options. I ordered from the Garden menu but quickly learned that I could have ordered from all 3 menus (Bardea, Steak, and Garden). That part was late information and a bit confusing at first. The cocktails were wonderfully made and delicious. The Arancini wasn't my favorite, the peas over did it. The pizza was messy but yummy. The layered bar for dessert was good too! I've never had a bad meal at Bardea, I would love to come back to the Garden and stick more to the Bardea menu though!

The food was delish as usual with Bardea. But when you spend $250 and you have to come home and heat up leftovers it's a bit of a skimpy meal. Service and drinks great. Taste and presentation of food great

I frequently visit Bardea food and drink and I’ve had amazing experiences. Due to this I wanted to visit the new Garden that is directly next to it. I visited during their Thursday party at around 7ish. I wish I could say my experience was good. The place was pretty busy, so we sat along the wall until we could find an actual table to sit at. Taylor was supposed to took my initial order but never returned to get the rest of my parties order. (There were three of us total who visited). I ordered an expresso martini and the spicy tuna roll. The spicy tuna came out rather quickly which was great, however the rice was hard and the roll overall wasn’t very flavorful. We sat and waited for Taylor to return but she never did. In addition she never brought me my drink. Keep in mind I already ordered and paid(which included a 25% tip). After about 40 minutes a table opened up that we moved over to (everything is open seating). We tried to get Taylor’s attention because I was looking for my drink and my friends wanted to place an order. She never back over and instead Jack stopped by (another server) to ask us if we needed help. We explained to him our experience and he went back to go and discuss with Taylor to see if she would come back and take out order. We were told that she no longer wanted to serve us as she only took our shot order. Keep in mind we never ordered shots. The only order that was placed with her was my order and she never returned. It seemed as if she didn’t want to service us due to the complexion of our skin. Or she may have gotten us confused with another party. However, this was completely unacceptable. Bardea used to be a place where you get the most amazing service and food, but it doesn’t seem like garden provides the same experience. Eventually Jack ended up servicing us for the rest of the night and he did a phenomenal job. But Taylor gave us such a bad taste. The manager never stopped over to us either once everything was explained. I was only offered a complimentary drink due to my previous drink taking over an hour to get to me. My friends who waited to be serviced were never accommodated for the bad service they received. This occurred on July 27, 2023. Not sure if I plan to go back.

I visited the Garden on 08/17/23.I didn't get a chance to taste the food, due to me eating before I arrived. I I had a wonderful, wonderful ,wonderful time. The vibe was awesome. The DJ I would hire for my own events, he kept the vibe going with all sorts of music. The servers was awesome & friendly, I felt like I have known them for years, lol. I am amazed that Wilmington has such an amazing place to just let your hair down & enjoy life. Keep up the good work everyone. My friends and I have already planned another girls night out at The Garden.

Pretty impressed with the Garden in Wilmingto. I had a reservation for a Saturday evening. I had a small group reservation at first but when I arrived I only needed a table for two. The Garden was not packed at the time, but when I made my reservation there were no other tables available for another two hours that evening. The atmosphere and vibe definitely speaks to their name. There is lots of greenery and plants around . There is a also a fire pit area and a small water fountain. Our server was great. She gave us recommendations and told us some of her favorite menu items. Food: The Arancini was okay. I've never had Arancini with peas and pistachios. The crispiness and texture was definitely there. The Upside down pizza was great! The cheeses all worked well together and the tomato drizzle was the perfect touch.Drinks: The Aviation Arbor sounded good on paper but stopped there. The drink came out and I was a little disappointed. I guess I wanted to be wowed visually by my drink. The piece of mint that they put in just wasn't doing anything for me.Dessert: Dessert is my favorite. You can't mess that up! Thankfully they got it right with the S'mores Bar. It wasn't what I was expecting but it was still delicious, light, airy and a perfect way to end dinner. We noticed that another table was getting different menu items brought out to their table that were not on the Gardens menu. Our server told us that they were ordering off of the other neighboring restaurants menu. (They are all under the same restaurant management) if you can do that I would recommend that option. The Garden's menu was okay, I was just expecting a little more.

Sweet spot to relax. The calamari was fantastic, the wines memorable. The most excellent GF also had a whiskey based mix drink that was excellent. Staff was really nice and, as a whole, left a very positive impression.

Wow!! Now THIS is what I've apparently always wanted in Wilmington. We've enjoyed all of the other successful Bardea spots (still can't decide which one to hit when at DECO) but they really nailed this outdoor location. Such a joy. I was so curious how they could pull off this space and they nailed it. Our server was a PRO. So nice to interact with someone who appreciates setting a tone. We stopped for drinks and snacks during a rare date night. The food was incredible. The menu is a treat. The arancini were taken to a level they deserve - crispy yet luscious on the inside and more flavorful than the traditional. The halibut carpaccio was delicious. Can only give everyone there a huge THANK YOU for all of the hard work put into bringing this to our downtown Wilmington. Looking forward to next time!

Super cute and relaxing. The menu is perfect for quick but delicious bites. We went on a Friday and it was pretty quiet but we enjoyed it. Our server Riley I think her name was, was adorable

We got pretty lucky with the weather this Saturday. We had a reservation for 6pm, Bardea did call to move us inside since the forecast was pretty crappy and we took the offer. However, by our reservation time it completely cleared up and they decided to open the garden so we asked to come outside. They were accommodating. Food:All of the food was 5/5. There wasn't anything that we ordered that we didnt like. They were all elevated appetizers and small plates. We ordered the burger and meatballs (not pictured) that were really good. My favorite was the calamari and salmon tartar. The bay scallops had an awesome flavor and the arancini had what seemed like arborio rice inside (fancy). Drinks:My friend and I ordered one of the signature drinks. I really enjoyed it. My boyfriend had wine. The drinks were pretty pricey but it fits the area and the vibe so I wasn't surprised. Service:All the food runners were very knowledgeable of each dish they were serving. They only had one server on outside. He was doing his best but seemed overwhelmed (this didn't bother us at all). I just kind of felt for him. He could have used a little help maybe. Definitely impressed by the gardens atmosphere and vibe. You can tell the menu is pulling from Food and Drink as well as the Steak kitchens but they did an awesome job. Bardea is taking over downtown and I'm here for it! lol

Location is fun and lively. Service was slow on the bar order. Ordered several shared apps and they all got delivered at once on a very small table before our bar drinks even arrived. Food was good but service and timing needed a little more attention.
