Only disappointment is I can't give it a higher rating!! Service was excellent and the food! Wow!


Food was excellent, but it was so noisy, I could not have a conversation with my dining companions.


I ordered the ribeye steak and asked for medium rare. The steak arrived medium well and was surprisingly thin for a high end steakhouse. Not much flavor for a $42 entree that only includes mashed potatoes with the steak. There are better steaks elsewhere for a better price.

We went to this restaurant for a different venue than usual. They had a curbside live band playing so we thought, why not! The experience was nice, but the food was not as expected. I had the boneless chicken and my wife ate the salmon. Both meals were just okay. We felt these entrees were something we could do better at home. They need that restaurant flair to make it unique, but instead it was just baked chicken... meh! The service was excellent and attentive. The band made for a nice change, so no complaints there. I think Tonic has real potential with the ability to do great things, but they need to step up their entrees when each plate is roughly $25.

From start to finish, a great meal and a great experience. Our server was fantastic. He was attentive, but not overly so. The Manhattan was excellent, and the cheeseboard had an excellent triple cream blue cheese on it. Finally, the crab cakes were outstanding.


Unimaginative menu with the offerings we chose (duck, steak, chicken) prepared average at best. The beet appetizer was nice, the calamari like something from a supermarket frozen food aisle. The only thing worth savoring werethe drinks with the martini and old-fashioned excellent.


Enjoyed the food and the atmosphere was very nice. Will continue to be one of my top places to eat

Ordered a filet medium. They cooked it medium rare. Waited 10 min for the same steak to be returned to me. Had no seasoning on it at all. Bernaise was cold. Risotto was bland and mushy. Would not return.

Amazing food, I loved the oysters and the pan seared scallops with root vegetable and beets. Great dessert. The waitress was amazing, definitely will return, if your in the area please come in and enjoy it with family and friends.

Surprised my fiancé with a little date night . Tonic was a great place to have had that date at. Very satisfied no complaints. First time there but won’t be the last time. Great great place. Food was great. The Brussels sprouts were delicious. The rack of lamb was even better. I’ll be back in a few weeks for sure with many guests.

Would have ranked “OK” if not for crab cakes. Grilled octopus was disappointing enough that I sent it back, which I never do. Appeared to be just calamari (not octopus) and definitely not what I consider grilled. Looked more like over-marinated and sautéed. Roasted beets were also disappointing (warm pickled beets with yogurt and nuts). Crab cakes were on point! Good sized (4” or so), very little filler, and good flavor. Seared tuna sandwich was also a pleasant surprise. Well seasoned and cooked to a proper med rare. Service was prompt and attentive. I do appreciate our waiter removing the octopus from the bill without me having to ask. Nice ambience although the almost-loud country music was a bit odd for the vibe of the restaurant.
