Tropical smoothie is not all that it is ok . IT'S is little pricey it is cheaper if you make your own at home. I will not be going back anytime soon.Parking: IT'S is not for me it doesn't do anything for me so I will be not going back anytime soon.

So I’m confused how they close at 8pm? But we walked in a lil before closing 15 mins before closing, and she said they are closed? So why wasn’t the doors locked? You allowed me to walk into the store ? To tell me you don’t do any more orders ? If that’s the case you need to lock your door AT 745 & not allow people to just walk in. & UR WEBSITE needs to say 745! & Not 8. I would Love to talk to a manager about this.

I have been coming to the store for about four months now I never had a problem with my smoothies but occasionally they would be a little nasty meaning they kind of taste like throw up. when the one girl made the drink, it was a completely different color than what it was supposed to be remind you again I’ve been coming here for a while. I know exactly what it’s supposed to look like and taste like and it did not. It was literally a complete different color. I never complained until today. Today was my last straw because it’s expensive literally seven dollars and up for one drink, they tried to charge me for the wrong drink, and when I corrected, they got upset with me I didn’t ask for the drink to be replaced, and the manager NEED (That’s what he told me his name was) said that if any of my drinks were made wrong again, they would not replace it he was extremely rude and I will not be coming to this establishment again . Absolutely, horrible customer service.

Service is good and smoothies are great. Depending on the amount of traffic, they may make an error but they are happy and quick to fix it. Management is very nice and all employees are always very friendly. My kids love going to get their “juice” and being greeted by wonderful employees. Thank you!
This location didn't even give me the right order. I paid on the app and I didn't receive my chocolate cookie I ordered. Neither did I received my free 20oz smoothie since I am a Loyalty member. I don't think they are professional they missed what I ordered. I never had this problem with the Christiana and E Main Street locations. I probably will stick with those locations. I had a bad day because the staff could care less about giving me what I ordered. I will not recommend this location to anyone.

I always go here and the lady that works during the week is my girl. She knows what I want when I walk in. The weekend grew a joke and the short manager is thee worst he’s lost too. Poor customer service very nonchalant. If you go here go during the week and far as the weekend go out Newark there very friendly.
