The food is good for take out. How and fresh when you pick up your order. The fries can be very greasy and soft though. I have found that I always check my order before I leave as on occasion some items have been missed or forgotten.

On the app my order was ready and I still had to wait and I asked and they kept saying it’s not ready along with other customers that’s been waiting. This has to be the worst experience! We ordered directly from the website for delivery. After over an hour, we still had not received our food. So we called to inquire. We were continuously put on hold only to be told “oh. The driver probably stole the food. This happens. We can make you more but you’d have to come pick it up”. No thanks! Then the girl said they have no control over the drivers since they are dispatched from other places. She said we could get a refund but we would have to wait until the GM came in the store which wouldn’t be until next Thursday and then the actual refund wouldn’t be until 2-5 days after that.This is the last time we will be ordering from them.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! The service was amazing. So friendly and patient with the big order I was placing. Food came out FAST. Maybe waited 5 minutes. Food was absolutely delicious. Tenders were cooked perfectly. Corn was amazing. And fries were amazing. Have nothing bad to say about this place. This place has multiple bad reviews and I’m not sure why…I was a little hesitant on going to this location but I’m glad I did!!!!!? Will definitely be back soon.

Get ready to not get greeted by the lady at the register. Also had to ask for our food as it was just put on the rack to be forgotten. The Girl basically threw it on the table once asked if that was our order. Getting in car we took a look at the food. The sauce is spooned on and not even tossed. I could have made better at home. Someone step in and help this store. Start with customer service and maybe having more communication between staff would have solved the time issue and then find out why the food is leaving your store in the condition it is.

Got 10 piece lemon pepper. Food was amazing service was quick.
If I could give this place 0 stars , I would!..I ordered lemon pepper and garlic parm wings, fries and a drink. I was the only customer in the store..it was like 7 employees working. I paid for my order, got my cup, I go fill cup with ice and soda, put on lid and grab straw and the girl immediately brings a bag out sealed, im thinking it can't be mine I just placed order and paid...very suspect..It was mine..I leave out thinking how is my food done this fast..I drive home took less than 10 mins..open my food and find the most dry hardest greasy wings ever, the wings were floating in a 1/4 cup of oil. Absolutely disgusting ? ?, I will never go back there again...I was tired and didn't feel like wrapping everything back up and returning it..how dare they serve someone food like that when I literally was the only customer, just lazy and trifling.

I constantly have issues with this location and it's ALWAYS the girls working in the front. I will place my order and go 10-15 mins after the estimated wait time to ensure my food will be ready. When I go into pick up my order they always seem to overlook my order and tell me it isn't ready, meanwhile, it sits on the shelf getting cold every time.Tonight a blonde with short hair didn't hear me stating I was there to pick up an order, instead she tried to take my order. I told her my name for the order and she said it wasn't ready. I went back in after a couple of minutes to let her know it had been over 30 mins since I placed my order, which was just 15 wings. She continued to tell me it wasn't ready. The person actually making the food overheard my name and had to tell her it was on the shelf. I'm assuming she couldn't hear anything because she had her AirPod in. Don't have them in if you don't have the capability to multitask.
