I went here recently for the first time. I really enjoyed my experience here as I have been wanting to come for so long since their opening. The atmosphere of the place is exactly where I needed to be on a Thursday night. They have great customer service as well. I called the number for regarding a transaction with my card and Melody was so nice on the phone and helped me with all of the situation. Just from the call and my experience that night with the ambiance, I just know I will be back for sure.

Beaker & Flask is a treasure for Gainesville and Alachua. The wine selection and non-alcoholic mocktails are excellent, the ambiance is absolutely beautiful, and the service is outstanding. We can't wait to come back to visit next time we're in town. Can't recommend this place more!

Amazing bar. Elliott was 100% the best wine recommendation person I could've ever asked for. He was so sweet and stayed even extra late to make sure that our party had a great time!

Very nice atmosphere at this place that we really need along 441! It's so great to have so many different wines to taste. I often go to Total Wine to have more bottle options but find myself getting store recommendations only to be disappointed sometimes with what I purchased. I gave 4 stars also since 2 of the ones I chose in my flight were out as well. The outdoor seating that is available will be nice in the other months too and you can bring your dog! Nice grounds around. A folk singer might be nice as well. The music wasn't my vibe but was nice to have in the background. I met the owner also and he's very friendly and you can tell very vested in creating a great wine lover's establishment.

Beaker & Flask was a super unique and fun wine and cocktail bar. Josh and Melody are super cool and knowledgeable, and the drinks were terrific. Definitely worth the visit, especially as the center fills in.

Nestled discreetly away, this petite wine bar emanates an undeniable allure, earning its place as a hidden gem worth uncovering.Upon arrival, I was captivated by the intimate and inviting atmosphere. The initial emptiness only heightened the sense of exclusivity, but as the clock neared 5:30, the air filled with the hum of eager patrons seeking a quiet place from the outside world. Regrettably, with the growing influx of guests, the once peaceful soundscape gave way to a lively room, deviating from the speakeasy one might expect from a wine bar. They offer an extensive repertoire of wines by the glass and bottle. During the generous happy hour, wine aficionados can indulgence in a glass priced at a modest $10, unless the listed price presents an even greater delight. Moreover, the inclusion of vermouth-based cocktails on the menu added a delightful twist, offering a symphony of flavors beyond the realm of traditional wine.During my visit, I indulged in the Merlot/Cabernet Franc, Seigneurs d'Aiguilhe from Bordeaux--a wine perfumed with intense blackberry and black currant, complemented by crushed violets and spice. One minor dissonance disrupted the otherwise seamless orchestration. The presence of commonplace snacks, such as Ruffles and Cheetos, on the counter felt discordant, failing to harmonize with the refined aesthetic that permeated every other aspect of the establishment. An opportunity exists to elevate the culinary offerings to align seamlessly with the exquisite libations on offer. The staff also exuded a sophisticated professionalism, tending to guests with a graceful finesse that elevated the overall experience. Their attentiveness and warm hospitality were noteworthy, further enhancing the overall impression.

The selection of wine is amazing and the people are more amazing. The food truck was not able to set up that evening so we only had Jalapeño potato chips to eat for dinner. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming with abundant of seating available. We sat at the bar and enjoyed our servers education of the wines. Tech City is in Alachua, about 15 mins from Gainesville. It is very clean and creates an environment welcoming to all.
