The lady I talked to was rude and was obviously pre occupied. Couldn't pay attention to the phone call. Do not call here to order if you are traveling. It felt intentional and this person needs to be removed from the business.

We ordered from the Alachua FL location. My thin crust, light cheese, pizza came burnt, cut into pretzel size "slices", tossed brutally like an unwanted salad in a pizza box, then drenched in some sort of nasty dried seasoning that was NOT ordered. The pizza bits are basically saltine cracker sized "slices" that might be better served coming out of a chip bag for people who like burnt things marinated in stale dried seasoning than pretending it resembled slices of pizza.It was over seasoned, over crisped and looked like it came from a gross human anatomy lab instead of a kitchen. We called to request a refund and told the manager would call us back... Nobody called, despite a $40 order. Bad pizza, bad management!Seriously, do those pics look like something you'd wanna pay for?!Buy saltines, they're better and bigger. ...and cheaper and healthier....and aren't burnt.

Pizza was hand delivered to my car before I even checked in on the app. Domino's should consider a stuffed crust, but I was happy with the pan pizza. Usually I don't order Domino's but I will go to this location based on the late hours and quality service.

Waited an hour for something I was told 25 mins after noticing orders on the tracker go ahead of mine and mine stuck on 1-5 for 15+ mins (waited 30 to arrive at the store) I asked for an update and the manager was rude. Excellent experience! Excited welcome when you walk in the door and everyone seemed to actually want to be there and be friendly. It actually took me off guard since that isn’t the norm these days. Every staff member was so friendly and had excellent customer service. Thanks Domino’s team you made the end of a hard day much better!! Oh yeah and my daughter loves your pizza ?

Not a big facility but you get what you would want. It is open till midnight so that's good for people travelling in the late night. The staff is also polite. Overall good!

Gator Dominos of Alachua catered lunch for the participants and families who attended JBF's Safe KIDS Day this past weekend. I cannot say enough good things about this Dominos team. The pizzas arrived on time and the deliveries were scheduled perfectly. Everyone in attendance got hot and fresh pizza, not to mention the team they had on site distributing the slices were incredibly kind and professional.

Always a wait for pizza sometimes up to an hour and that's pick up.
Ordered pizza for the family. Waited 10 minutes before leaving home. Then drove 20 minutes to the Alachua location. and had to wait an additional 30 minutes to get my pizza with a line of people waiting to get there’s. There should be at leases some sort of free incentive for the customers that have to wait this long. Hope they get this delay issues addressed.

Good service and food is good. Only complaint I have is I am never able to get a pizza with 3 toppings that are onions only. Whether online ordering or oh phone ordering.

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! From the employees to the management !! I ordered a delivery order when it was delivered the pizza box was crushed and the toppings were all stuck to the lid on the box , when I called the store asking for a replacement I was called a liar & told by the store manager that he specifically took my order from the oven to the boxes to my door and there’s no way the order was messed up when I emailed the photos I was then hung up on . To then receive a replacement order hours later , what a joke . Never again will Dominos get a penny of my money & as a company need to have extremely higher standards for customer service .

I am sick and tired of this shop. We order pizza from then at least 3 X a month. There is always something wrong with the order. Usually it is the extra’s that they forget to add on. But they have also forgotten the Buffalo sauce on the Buffalo chicken pizza numerous times. What is a buffalo chicken pizza without the sauce!!!? I’ll tell you bland!Do yourself a favour and don’t use this store. Don’t order online. Go to any other pizza restaurant. It can only be better.
