I'm old fashioned. I expect when I go into an establishment to recieve decent service. The young lady behind the register was not new but acted as such. The manager didn't understand how the app works. I used points to recieve free food and still ended up paying full price. (Today I went to my usual store and the manager corrected the problem.On another note, AT LEAST the manager should look professional. This young man didn't.

My partner and I are traveling cross country and decided to get ourselves some coffee and donuts for the road.We did not catch his name but the black gentlemen with a huge smile on his face and a gold chain who was working the morning shift of the drive-thru really brightened our day. It is nice to see workers with such a positive attitude, sense of humor and customer care. Situations like this can really turn a person's day around and that's what he did for us.Thank you Dunkin and whomever that gentlemen was! ?

You have to get there early for the freshest doughnuts and best selection. I could be mistaken, but I don't believe they make the doughnuts in house anymore and they are delivered to the store instead. I apologize if this is incorrect. It can get a little disorganized behind the counter, but it's not terrible. I'm not a coffee snob, but I would like to have my coffee selection to have a bit more consistency. That's true of any coffee shop so that's not a knock on DD specifically. I do like DD, but due to the amount of customers they get and the large menu selection they can get backed up quickly. That's why possibility reducing the number of menu options and automating some of the base drink preparation could streamline the process and increase order consistency and customers servered. ?

Young woman at the counter was very rude, dismissive and evasive to any questions asked including what time they opened. I came at 4am so I could get freshly made warm donuts, was told they were just made. She then hands me a cold stale glazed donut. Also had friends with me who she completely ignored, didn't greet them, had her back turned the entire time they were standing at the register.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a large hot coffee. The cup wasn't even filled all the way and not hot at all. Don't go here. Better off going to the ones in Gainesville...much better and the coffee is hot

NEVER VISIT THIS DUNKIN! This place was absolutely terrible! She tried to charge me for a drink I never ordered and when I told her she had an attitude saying "Oh well that's what you said" when I literally ordered only food and 1 frozen hot chocolate and coolata, then she took the extra drink and slammed it in the trash making the drink spray over the floor then when I take a sip of my drink it was coffee and she got angry when I told her and she said coffee is supposed to be in hot chocolate, even though i've never had coffee at any other dunkin. Then my peppermint coolata was nothing but milk. Then when the has browns came out there was no seasoning and they were almost raw and tasted nothing like how they should and the person making the food had a big attitude saying "That's how it's supposed to be" So I asked to make them again and he took the food to the back and brought it back and it looked the same, I personally think he spit in it and gave it back to me. So I asked to speak to a manager and apparently there was no manager and they wouldn't give me a refund so we just left. Never stopping here again

The coffee and donut were good once we could get folks attention and get served. The good news: right off the interstate, you can gas up and enjoy your Dunkin favorites, and get right back on!
Dunkin of Alachua catered breakfast for first responders and non-profit vendors at JBF's Safe KIDS Day this past weekend. We arrived at 7am for pick up and the food/boxes of joe were all packed up and ready to go! We even added an extra dozen doughnuts last second and they quickly put together a great variety. Thank you to the Dunkin of Alachua team for making a hectic morning run a little smoother.

ZERO star if it was possible. The worst DD I ever been to. I I ordered a matcha green tea blended My husband ordered his "coffee" they messed up the hole order giving me a matcha and a plain green tea. They didn't bother to change or fix the order. Both drinks tasted horrible like they didn't clean the equipment properly. Did NOT taste anything like a Matcha. We payed and drove off. Wasn't worth arguing with the simple minded. Yes this location of DD is the worst. I read most of the reviews and they are very accurate. Unfortunately.

This is a review for night time visits to Dunkin. I'm local & visit frequently. My day time visits are pretty decent but, I will be mindful to seek Ellianos for my evening Java because the night shift must not be getting treated right or something they didn't make my latte correctly (though it was listed correctly on the ticket), at all, only had one doughnut type available at 6:30 when they close at 9, and the icing looked like they licked it off before they sold it to me. They're just generally agitated. I'm honestly not even blaming the staff. During the day it's all smiles & on top of it but, night shift must be getting a short stick because they don't want to be corrected if your order is wrong & they're just trying to get us to leave as quickly as possible. :/

If you want to be treated like dog squeeze, ignored, and skipped over than this is the place to go. You would think being next to a highway and hotel, they would have more to offer, but they don't. I know it is only a donut shop in a small town, but come on, have more to offer than 4 or five types of donuts and one type of muffin. I would give this place negative stars if I could.
